If you are doing KGW from start and a pre-ann then you don't need low block value at the beginning. Its actually very detrimental to the coin. I would go with one or the other, not both.

We looked at the Proof and Stake and really liked it. The hybrid idea is awesome. We hope to include PoS sometime in the future as the coin takes off.
