Thanks a lot to participants for your submissions !
Keep them coming, this is getting better and better.
Still a few days left to participate !
I'll make a few cards today with some of the designs that have been uploaded here, like I did a few days ago.
We'll see better how it renders.
Please, avoid to put a BTC address, and no BTC amount as well. It's difficult to make a functional wallet out of these.
We can always put our QR code on top of the one on the card, however it is not that easy to mask the address/denomination.

Your card is looking awesome, the colors fits perfect and the details are amazing. The only thing you must add is something related to bitcointalk.org and/or 10th anniversary, because as it is reminds of bitcoin.

Putting elements of design that reminds of the forum isn't simple, since the visual identity of the forum is... quite... basic.
Making a few coldkeys with Basorexia's desins might be very funny
At least we can't say that they don't remind us of Bitcointalk!
Do you know where you would put the address / amount of BTC / etc. and what would be the back of the card like?
IMO Debonaire217's design could be a good starting point, even though I could maybe be improved (something a little bit more punchy?).

I am just in the mood to edit and this is my entry, it is my first time to join and I hope you like it 
Great job, dude. And I don't want to be a critic here since I'm not contributing any designs of my own, but most of the ones I've seen don't really have any visible symbols or words on the design that would make it obvious that these are to commemorate bitcointalk. Shouldn't that be a key element of the design?
By the way, something like this would be absolutely perfect in place of a set of trading cards with the top members on them. I really like Debonaire217's designs with Mitchell and the rest on them. Those really have the bitcointalk flavor to them.

Sounds terrific, but I am not yet sure what to do. He created designs for much more top members.

I've made a simple yet on point card design for the event.
I was thinking of a silver-gradient card. As you can see I've used this in combination with the bitcoin/bitcointalk colors which in my opinion looks great.
In addition, this will give you plenty of room to place the unique elements like your logo and name, QR code, hologram, etc.

After checking with Basorexia, I have made cards with designs with his submissions in theymos' 10 years art contest
I think they render in a cool manner
The dimensions were not fitting but this can always be fixed. (higher def so we can appreciate all the details in the original artworks)
If your submission is appealing, I will most likely print it to see how it renders so users can make a better opinion for themselves during the poll.
I am also already working on a card design for your contest, I have very interesting ideas. You will see them soon.
