The opening game would be USA vs Colombia. USA is the host country and they have done pretty well in the past few friendly games. So my bet is on USA +0 @ 2.162.
Suarez always recovers from injury quickly, in the last world cup he had a knee operation just before the tournament but still returned to play.

Argentina should be favourites, Colombia are a good side I agree but don't forget Uruguay.
My favorites for Copa America are Argentina and Brasil. Expecting to see if Messi will play like in Barcelona team, he isn't playing at the same level with its national team.

OP should be updated with more details about the tournament, add the complete schedule will make it better. Unlike this one which is just a short OP.
As well as I will not be able to catch all matches because here it will be early morning for me.At weekend will be suitable time to wake up early to catch some good matches of Copa America as well for live actions.Mexico loos good this time and is determined to snatch championship from Chile.
Unfortunately , the two competitions coincided at the same time , but I think USA and France have different time zones , thus I can watch all matches in one case , if I decideded not to sleep , I don't know why FIFA didn't regulate those two competion's time , so we can watch all matches .
Colombia will give tough time to USA.In spite of all good players we can not anything about the opening match's result.This is the reason I am going to be very choosy this time.I will jump in where chances will be extremely high.I also have some doubts about USA to just because it is host.

Brazil didn't bring the strongest team to USA,
I also think Colombia has more better combination of players and looking much stronger than USA, so that it can get draw result more like and it looking possible for Colombia to defend this match easily, overall i think Argentina and Uruguay looking impressive side for this event.
Copa America where Mexico and Chile are my favorite as well for title ship this time.Chile still is capable to defend its title again.A good event where many great and best teams will be seen in action.Chile still remain my favorite though Mexico also can make something unexpected too.
It isn't that people are not taking Copa America in consideration fact is that it was not being discussed here.Yeah opening match USA v Colombia where like always USA will have good start by winning match.Overall it is as interesting as Euro 2016 so will have to select good matches from both mega events.
I also think it would be really challenging for Chile to defend its title into this season, Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil are looking into good shape and these teams have pretty high chance to play final match and won this title this year.
