Slava Ukraini!
Guys, I'm going to send BTC later today or tomorrow. Wink
I mostly follow the news on Goal.com and https://www.skysports.com/internationals

There is not much dedicated blog or website for news about the tournament as of now, probably due to the much attention paid to the Europe Nations league, but I'm sure there will be a lot when the tournament gets underway.

Thanks for those links, I checked them out a bit. They are OK but not exactly what I was looking for. I have a feeling that this years Copa America is flying under the radar. Maybe I am wrong but it seems to me that previous editions had much bigger media coverage. I didn't even know it's being played this summer until I found this pool and I am following football news on daily basis.
Yeah, there isn't enough media coverage about Copa America here in Europe. But I'm sure that when tournament will begin, we will see more news about it. In previous tournaments I remember that even local news media in my country gave enough attention to Copa America.

I will never be happy to see a player get injured even if it is a player from my sworn enemy's teams
It's a huge blow for Brazil, but I'm sure they have luxury of players to call on as replacement.
I am not dislike of Neymar, I am happy with his brilliant play in every match. What I don't like is when the brilliant game is always diving when the enemy grabs the ball. With Neymar injury, Brazil still has many players who can replace Neymar position. So Brazil doesn't have to be discouraged if the star game is injured.

So, Neymar is gonna missing out the tournament?
Unfortunately, Yes he is out of the tournament, I'm not sure if that was supposed to reduce their chances as the heavy favorites, but according to a sportbook they're still offered at 2.28 to lift the trophy.

So, the injury is confirmed than. Too bad, was looking forward to see him play.

Where do you guys read your Copa news? Here in Croatia nobody writes about tournament and I really need some good articles to get the Copa vibe going.

I think getting 20 pariticpants will be a long shot, However hitting double digits is more likely as we have @Big_Daddy and @Trofo both planing to join next week.
Ok so we have 7 confirmed participates then. Need only 3 more for the double figure and then may be 15 or 20 if possible.

Come on everyone. Only 0.002 BTC seriously.

The 27-year-old PSG forward suffered an ankle injury in the friendly win over Qatar and was taken off.

This means Neymar will miss the upcoming Copa America campaign due to a ligament rupture in his right ankle which will be a huge blow for Brazil which is also the host nation.
The Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) confirmed the news after Neymar left Wednesday's 2-0 friendly win over Qatar in tears

Neymar is so unlucky! Injured in the 2014 WC and missed the game vs Germany (and we all know how that ended). Missed the Copa America 2016 because Barcelona were being assholes. last year, he got injured months before WC, then made it to the WC but wasn't 100% fit. Now he misses the Copa America this year...Crazy.

Oh fuck it, go on then.

I am never happy when player gets injured. It always means more when you (or you team) beats the opposition with strongest possible line op. I never felt satisfied if victory was gifted to me, either by injury (tennis) or referee (few times in soccer). There is no better feeling than winning against the odds  Grin

That being said, Neymar sort of plays in a way that he provokes a lot of tough tackles from opposition. Add to that the fact that he is always diving and trying to make opposition look stupid with often unnecessary dribbles and you get frustrated defenders playing against you almost every match. If he played Premier League 10 years ago his career would already be over as a consequence of few broken legs.

Yeah, I'm never happy when a player's injured. We who have ever played football or any kind of sport would never wish injury even on our worst enemy. You want to win, and you want to win fair and square. Brazil are still favs, no worries. I don't think they'll ever let Bobby lead the line for Brazil but they have plenty of other options anyway.

Qatar couldn't score, and I took a 22/1 bet on them heh. That's okay. I still rate them highly.

Still can't find good outrights. Anyone?

Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy For me, this news makes me happy. But games without neymar are certainly not interesting. Because when Brazil will play, of course, no one will do diving in a comparison. Because I really like if Neymar plays and does diving.

I will never be happy to see a player get injured even if it is a player from my sworn enemy's teams, I feel really bad for Neymar he's barely just got back from an injury layoff, being sidelined is going to take a toll on his performance. Initially I was hoping the Copa America will help prepare well ahead of next season after going through what was probably the worst season of his entire career with several injuries.

It's a huge blow for Brazil, but I'm sure they have luxury of players to call on as replacement.

I don't like his faked fouls either, but, showing happiness after someones injury is not so pretty....

I wish him a fast recovery from this injury, what are your thoughts, who will replace him in the Copa?

Been really busy in RL lately, haven’t read much of the gambling section. Only just back from the Madrid Champions League Final.

I will join if we get 5 or 6 more participants. If there’s around 10 I will pay & join.

Good to see you here brother. Just join LOL

So, even when at 33k in mempool (which actually even went over 40k a few hours later), my 1 sat/byte transaction confirmed 4 hours ago, almost exactly 56 hours after broadcasting. Tell you what, that's value for a non-urgent transaction;) and confirms me as the 5th participant right?

Oh and, the invite actually works this time. I went in, fiddled around, and accepted the invitation from the Superbru app itself. No password even needed!
In three days it got confirmed. I think I told you that you will be surprised to see how fast it gets confirmed.

Anyway, guys please join the pool. Let's have some fun together. 0.002 BTC should not be a huge amount (I hope) 🙂
