I agree with you. Not else stealing, but it can make this forum full of spam. If copy paste are allowed in this forum, many people will always do copy paste especially for newbie who want to increase their activity quickly. Because it will be a lot of post spam and make this forum destroyed.

A lot of accounts are being permanently banned for copy and pasting. 
Listen to this man, some say that VOD is the bitcoin god, others say he is Satoshi, one man once said he is Theymos's alt account.
You would think that this should be mostly common sense, but I can see that is plainly is not. Thank you for making a thread about it, even though I'm sure it'll get lost in the weeds rather quickly. If, at the very least, it informs even a couple of newbies then I would consider this thread a success.

Copying someone else's work is stealing - by taking away the page view on their site, you take away their revenue.
You can reference information on another webpage, but you should paste only a few paragraphs (minority of the article) in a Quote tag, and immediately link to the source.
Example:
