I'm sorry OP but I'm confused about the thing you're implying. Are you saying that USA (not really sure about the thing I would say) made that virus to destroy China because they will launched their local crypto this year? (I'm sorry but I'm really confused) or what you meant was that USA uses the corona virus in order to crush their launching of cryptos? I don't get the point.

Well, regarding to your post about corona virus, it is really a threat to someone's health if ever you get this kind of deadly virus that results to respiratory diseases. This is kne of the reasons why many countries banned Chinese people to come to their countries and I totally understand that. With regards to the cryptos to be launched by China, I don't think (and hoping not) that some people will get to the point of inventing virus just to destroy a country's economy. That would be too much. Too cruel to be exact.

Anyway,  I think this virus will stay but what we are looking right now is the cure of this virus, and that would not make people worry.

I don't mind infected with the virus as long as there's a cure on it, the thing is until now they haven't find a cure of it and that worries a lot of people and when people are worried, this would affect them not to socialize anymore and would affect the commerce or economy.

And how many people has already died in China since just November? It's worse than the common flu though you might be up to something... Some agencies estimate that it'll infect 70% of humanity and will become a new "normal". Basically instead of flu season we'll have flu and covid season (both are coronaviruses anyway). 

How would it destroy bitcoin? I maybe seeing the opposite as it will be a alternative for them to sell their money before it gets worst. If there are reason and theories that it would destroy bitcoin I will gladly hear it. There are various theories that are coming up and I also got one. What if it created by their own government to lessen their population, as stated above the mortality rate is high and only those are weak, old aged or kids that easily get killed with this virus, so doesn't that implies they are trying to kill the people that are useless to them, well this is just a theory though.

Still missing the point in your post, yes I agree the united state of america might be doing some negative things in regards to china economy but how does this have any effect in the so called china owning it's own cryptocurrency. We all know coronavirus is one of the deadly virus out there at the moment and it's a great one to see that the people of china republic has been able to look for a way to quickly combat this issue. Erecting a huge treatment hospital withing three days with million of amenities to treat the virus patient also looking for a cure alongside this. A big kudos to the chinese community.

I did a lot of numbers  and I see  the infection to end up near 1% worldwide  that is  1% of 8 billion  or 80 million  get sick in the next year.  With 2 to 3 % of them dying.  So maybe 1.6 to 2.4 million world wide will die from it.


The last super bad virus not counting aids  was a flu out break in the early  1920's maybe 1919.  It most likely was a side effect of world war I

it killed  about 20 million people.   but  we had 1.8 billion  so  4.4 x that is  about todays population.   That flu would have killed 88 million.


This virus won't  do that.  Which is why some countries are willing to let it run its course.  Donny Trump  fired the entire pandamic CDC staff in 2018  so as bad as this has been in China  it is going to really fuck the USA hard.   Maybe 3 million catch it and 60,000 die. On the high end estimate.


One must remember the USA loses  50,000 a year to flu + pneumonia so it will be more this year.


In fact  if it does occur as bad as I think it will  much like the war of the worlds  where the martians were beaten by tiny little germs  Trump may lose the election due to tiny little germs.

For sure, this is something that cannot be related to China launching its own crypto nor to the US trying to shut down China's economy. However, having been there yourself, were there also rumors in the area that this virus is not really coming from people consuming pangolins, bats, and whatnots but from a laboratory? For decades, or perhaps even centuries, the people of China have been eating all kinds of exotic food such as bats and pangolins, which are said to be the source of the virus, but it makes me curious why the virus has just come out now.

Attacking another country with a biological weapon is a suicide in the modern day world.

I mean, there are two options:

1. It's ineffective;

2. It's a threat to everyone on Earth.

The barbarian times, when such an attack could be possible, are long gone. However stupid some current governments might be, they are surely not that stupid.

This is not a case of governments trying to bury down China's economy. It's an outbreak of a disease which the government of China initially underestimated.

I don't think coronavirus was planned just to pursue the release of a new coin. I think that's too much because they could release their own coin better if all is well in China. A part of me believes that the Corona virus was planned to destroy China but I don't see the connection of it with cryptocurrency.

Media is covering it, negatively though, that's why it has a huge impact currently as the price of almost all traditional and non traditional markets are affected again by this second wave of news.

Most likely some variation of the stories linked are the case of the spread.

Most likley the worst case is 12% of the world catches it that's a billion people 2-3 % die  this is 20 to 30 million deaths.

I based this on the results of the isolated ship off Japan.  600 of 5000 got sick in pretty much the best conditions to spread a disease 2-3 weeks stuck on a ship.


The stats from China   vary  65,000 of 11,000,000   to 72,000  of 62,000,000 got sick 2-3 % die.

There are some certain speculation came from other sources that the virus came the lab in wuhan but I don't know if we can trust those information coming from internet but what puzzled me is why they hide the real numbers since there are so many whistle blowers come and expose the real situation happening but sadly they are abducted and never seen.

Media should cover the true situation so that the world will know the real score happening in their country so that their neighbors could prepare for the worse with exact actions made.

After many other countries besides China are wary of this virus then at least it is a disease that cannot be ignored. Well, maybe because you have some friends in China who consider this an ordinary disease but that can't prove truth, because even many other citizens in China are workers, students, etc. who in fact they all want to leave there and we don't can consider it a joke of their trade war, because it involves the lives of many people.

I don’t really know how you all came up with this, I hope that this is not true. But I do know for sure that this corona virus issue wouldn’t be around for long, luckily it can be cured and a lot of people have been cured from it already. There is a news on Live Science website that a Chinese senior health official called on all the people that were cured of the infection to donate their blood plasma.

According to the article the blood from the cured corona virus patients will help in curing the infection. Imagine that this was a disease that has no treatment imagine how many people would have been killed from it. Judging from the number of those that were infected you will see that it would be too much. Good thing that there is a cure.

Does China know about this? I mean someone should go tell them that they are getting destroyed! With the 1+ trillion dollars in profit, I think they may end up with a wrong idea that they are doing fine . Let's just calm down guys, you are making this to a bigger deal, I know corona is far from over and it is spreading towards the world right now with the news of people dying in other nations as well, but do not remember this is just an evolved flu.

I am not even kidding, go search for it and you will realize that this is literally just a very evolved version of the common flu, that's it. Sure it is a lot harsher and difficult to get better which is why people die but with the amount of medicine technology we have, in 10 years this will be like taking a pill and feeling better in couple days type of thing, just wait it out.

You are right but i feel the coronavirus has really disrupted the Chinese economy  I saw within the news yesterday that the coronavirus effect is slowing down and decreasing  The trade deal that they had with the us has reopened and American bands are moving. The Corona Virus No Doctor Can Discover it's usually a plague and God's wrath Generally  the disease spreads rapidly from one person's body to a different  But it's been possible to cure it to some extent.

The point is that we are living in a global economic system. If we will observe such enormous economy as China crumble due to the super-deadly virus (which so far is not the case of coronavirus), the global supply-demand chain would be broken. This would not only affect China but the US as well - as really a lot of devices/tools/components are produced in that Far East country and assembled in the USA. Including well known American brands as Apple with their products.

It is hard to believe, that anyone in the US would think seriously that it would be worth to trigger a full-scale global crisis lasting several years, affecting all the sectors of the economy - services (including tourism), industry or even agriculture (as USA export food to China).

And imagine if China would have collapsed. Rebuilding industries, which are right now almost non-existent anymore in the Western countries (due to the own high costs, CO2 taxes etc. these had been outsourced to China) would take several years, cost an enormous amount of money and then provide such products at price levels a few times higher than the current ones.

Unless of course there are some madmen like in the first half of the last century...

I dont see any connections towards the USA plotting to destroy china's economy because first off the virus was said to be discovered by a doctor in china and got also infected that he got from a patient. There were no solid proof that USA was involved, its all pure conspiracy theories. But it did affect china's economy and resulting for the country to do a quantitative easing. I guess for counter measures for an incoming dump.
