I looked for information why Russia is not demanding compensation from China and found an article saying that Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov spoke out against putting the blame for the coronavirus pandemic on China.

I don't think China will be paying anyone even if it is proved.But in future they will get affected economically because many countries can ban their imports and exports with China which will create economic issues but it will be in long term.
