The most I got is the second payout (9886 - 9985), two times! I do hope that I will be getting 10,000 soon. I dont think they will lie to their members.
Maybe they aren't lying but they hung the fruit so high that its not possible for someone to grab. But I will not take out to possibilities that they might be lying... because they have more than half a million user registered and lets say out of those 20% are active that is around 100k and they roll 1million numbers in a day there should be at-least 5-6 users each day who might roll 10,000.. but I never-ever heard anyone rolling that which is quite strange and doesn't sound legit to me.

Agree with you above. Mathematically it should be possible but I can't seem to find a single instance of it occuring.

So even at a 1 in 20000 chance, there should be tens of thousands of cases of 10000, though many of them could be rolled for multiplying the account balance.

I managed to roll a 9993 today and got 20 cents. Technically you could roll it, but I bet there is a very minimal amount of people actually managing 10k.
The chance to roll 10000 is too low at just 1 in 20000, and so I think you can expect to never get it yourself before the site dies lol.

Surprising thing. Yesterday freebitco.in "stole" Satoshi! Was 0.00040000 became 0.00027000

The chances of you rolling any one number are the same as rolling any other numbers.
If you roll enough times then you will roll a 10000 one time every 10000 rolls, on average.
The site is really just a faucet and is likely not worth your time to try to make bitcoin with it. The difference is that there is a twist of having a gambling part to it so users will be enticed to stay at the site for longer then the 30 seconds it takes to solve a captcha. IMO this is genius on the site operator.

you can roll it, i rolled 00000 at another simmilar site. You can try with 0 bets and monitoring software, just keep it recorded. I once hit same number i was beting against at ED.

I was wondering the same thing. I never seem to hit very high when I roll 
Idk if it is just a play on words by saying you can roll UP TO or if it is a real formula that allows players to actually hit that number
