Only invest when the price is going down to max your profit. You shouldn't just invest when it was slowly moving up. Although it is not too late but still a poor choice.
I also think that now is a good opportunity to go into cryptocurrency assets. I think that in the fall the price of Bitcoin will be more than 15,000 dollars.

I thinks this week is the beginning for bitcoin back to track on higher price and keep continue until last two month ended of this years, you have choose on you hand become watcher when seeing bitcoin on the top price or take invest right now before too late, I know bitcoin keep stable and altcoin on track for three or four months later.
Only a few months later Bitcoin price will be stable as was stable in the last few months. Bitcoin price was in a box between 9-10k USD. The best price of investing time was over. Still some altcoins prices are not as much as top altcoins. Investor should invest in some top altcoins, still pump yet in this Bitcoin bullrun.
For me I think it is not. If you will do let it be calculated. I see a lot fund came in because of the Defi projects that are doing well. The trend might dust a bit before pushing up.

Instead, in crypto currency, every time is the best time to invest, be it in a bear market, or a bull market; everytime is the best time to invest; what judges you investing is the research you have made towards the project you are looking to invest into. It's not a good time to buy altcoins, I think the best time is already over, now you need to wait till red market takes over again, buying now means you'd be buying at a high price which is very risky
l do agree with your view on that, it is not wonderful time to invest in cryptocurrencies. That is why the market has started grown and during this time it is not good idea to invest in crypto. But l think there can be still some altcoins, which can be profitable. However, as you know it is really risky. Altcoins when they were at low price it was good time to invest in, but as you mentioned during price increasing you can lose your money. 
We all know invested its the best way for us to earn more in crypto, But talking about invested it was to risky because there are time some project we invested it will make scam in the end. So we must be careful on when we invested to a project that we want to invest, Actually we can invest in anytime but need to be careful and think before to invest. In this year to many project are not trusted to invest and until now most of them are failure to continue.

I guess no one can easily predict what will happen to small coins now. What will happen in 2020 might be different from what we experienced in 2017 when almost everything that came then pumped. Even the total shit coins pumped at that time, but i doubt that happening again. I think investors are now very careful with the investments they do.
As of now I don't think if it is the best time to invest because the prices of cryptos are already high and you know it could suddenly down anytime. Maybe it's better to wait to go down the prices then that's the best time to invest..
if it goes down, what if prices will continue to increase until the end of the year? actually now is not the right time to invest, now is the time to see market movements and enjoy profits
