I don't know why, but your post made me think of my grandmother. Here's a funny episode that occurred while we were staying over at her house out in the country one weekend when I was young. She washed our clothes and hung them on a line out back to dry. It was windy that day and some of the clothes were blown down on the ground. When we went outside that afternoon, we saw, high up in a tree, my sisters panties hanging from a branch. There were several squirrels that lived in the trees and built their nests out of whatever they could find, like rags and leaves and such left lying around. Apparently, one of the squirrels had grabbed the panties to line it's nest but dropped it on the way up. They were too high to reach so we had to leave them there. We teased her quite a bit about her panties up in the tree. When we came back for another visit, which was probably about a year or so later, they were still hanging there.
