Craig Wright is bluffing.

Calling it "bluffing" is far too generous.  A bluff is when you deceive someone into thinking you are going to do something.  So if people know that thing can't actually be done, as is the case here, it's not really a bluff.

Call it "bullshit", because that's all it is.

Good luck finding all Bitcoin miners within your jurisdiction to slam them with a court order.
Let's put it this way: Satoshi is much smarter and created Bitcoin exactly so this won't happen!

Craig Wright seems to think so

No God or Kings, only BITCOIN.
This is what he apparently said, though I'm not positive where it was taken from. It looks like a Slack chat room.
Yeah, it's somehow in a Slack room and can anyone really verify if that's from Faketoshi itself? Well, even if it's from him this guy clearly doesn't show any truthfulness on what he says probably it's time to ignore him in hostility. He can't even get the BTC he said he had lost.

Will miners come together and roll back the blockchain? Craig Wright seems to think so, or is he spreading fud and lying again like usual?? i doubt that this will occur.

Craig has no idea how Bitcoin works (as he clearly demonstrates here).

Craig Wright is bluffing. No court has the right to decide on bitcoin as a whole in relation to the funds in its wallets. If the dispute concerns property rights, then the courts are not entitled to make decisions that violate the rights of an indefinite number of owners. Therefore, the statements of Craig Wright are baseless. The court may take certain measures if Wright proves that he is Satoshi Nakamoto. I think this will never happen.

It's even difficult for the bitcoin team to bring together miners to decide for an improvement. I highly doubt miners would be convinced to roll back everytime a court rules them to. Miners are not a centrally registered industry and even if we are able to track and contact 51% of miners, they are not bound to follow the court rules that are not coming through their jurisdiction. And rolling back are always a financial loss to the miners.

This is the beauty of decentralization. Let's say you are a miner in China and US court is telling you to enforce some rules of them. You can just throw them a middle finger.

“The first BTC seizure by courts will occur this year. Not with keys. By miners (nodes) acting to fulfill a court order. Without keys, BTC will be confiscated. Code is law, and courts can mandate patching code. Bitcoin is not encrypted. It is economic.”

Not exactly in line with the whitepaper, is it?

Not at all possible, either. Good luck with some UK court forcing half of the miners in the world to validate an invalid transaction and also getting all the nodes in the world to go along with it.

If this was really possible, the trust that users have over Bitcoin will disappear really fast, thus the Bitcoin price will go down to 1USD,therefore the court will confiscate something worthless, which doesn't make any sense.
Anyway, the hypothesis of faketoshi is technically impossible to happen. He is just FUDing against Bitcoin Core again.Noting usual. He does this every day,for about 3 years,AFAIK.Can't we just ignore him for a while?

Maybe now that he's spent so much time in court, Faketoshi believes himself to be some sort of legal expert.  Next he'll provide "proof" he's a judge.   Roll Eyes

Can someone not just have him sectioned already?  The man is clearly not well.

Do you have a source? I would like to see it for myself.
