Yeah, this is what they will have to do. Most of the countries out there has closed down everything and put a ban on mass gathering. So highly likely casinos will remain closed or people won't visit those casinos due to fear of contacting the virus. They won't have any other option but to gamble online.
Gambling on a crypto currency based casino will actually make things easier for them while compared to using fiat currency.

One of the safety precaution that most are now strictly imposing with is to lessen the contact to other people, then having to halt visiting casino will it help every gambler to be infected or could spread the virus. Then, it was expecting the decline numbers of gamblers who will go to the casino.
But still not sure if all of them will move to online gambling since we know that not all of them know how online does.

This is true. If around you, there's so much panic going on, how can you play online in times of crisis like this? Also, if you are just a regular gambler depending on your extra money, I don't think you will still gamble your extra money as you should be allotting it for your basic needs if your work shuts down because of this virus. Goods will be high and difficult to move around. This pandemic is really alarming. Affecting around the globe and up until now no commercial vaccine is out yet.

I just happened to see this on facebook, and I was somewhat been triggered and a bit angry for the chinese government. But it seems there's nothing we can do about it anymore as for it is already here and already been considered as a Pandemic.

Just finished my volunteering work after 16 hours of working today. I guess I owe myself some dice games and a few roulettes too. During these hard times, there's not much to do except for staying indoors and playing some games. Watching TV is too stressful knowing that the media only stresses on the number of infected but never reported the numbers of those who got cured. COVID-19 just signifies how big of a deal digital platforms are these days. This is why I always back cloud based infrastructure because that is essentially the future. Physical based casinos have their pros, but online sites are better any day in my opinion.

There are people out there who truly don't give a damn about these dangers and go anyway though the majority are probably avoiding physical casinos currently. They will probably understand the danger once they get affected(Example: Brazil President).

In a country where there are lots of confirmed COVID-19 cases, there's a mandatory regulation not to go out in public. In that case, all physical casinos are mandatorily closed during the period and not just them but all establishments as well so need to worry about people that will risks their health just to play gambling at these casinos.

And besides, I believed people truly understand the real situation especially in a country where there are lots of reported cases so no way they will push their desire to play at physical casinos even some will open for operation. Back when our country is still on below 5 confirmed cases, I'm not worrying at all and just taking all things easy. I am pretty sure even hotels are getting cancellations right now let alone casinos. It will be a very very hard year for casinos because there will be less people who are willing to gamble there nowadays. I know some of them are remote places but even there it is risky because it requires you to travel there and they don't look travelers kindly there.

So, when you look at it from gamblers perspective they have a choice, they can gamble online with either fiat or crypto if they want to and they would be safe from corona easily, however when you look at it from casinos perspective they need to get customers inside and that is quite impossible nowadays, there are even nations with no going outside so I doubt casinos are doing all that well nowadays.

Every country now has quarantine system and some even have lockdown, the media information is very high, if people will be infected itis because of neglect and not taking care of one's self, gambling casinos on countries where Covid is in existence should close all gambling casinos and government just refer these gamblers to online gambling.

Company owners should know what's the best for their customers and employees so if there are existing cases on their region, they should lock down and close their business temporarily.

In our region, there are community quarantines starting tomorrow due to a massive increase in covid-19 cases in our country. Just always keep safe everyone!

There are a lot of complications dealing with this virus, for one, you never know if the one talking with you already has the virus, second contact tracing is one of the issue, you must trace all the people that has contact with the carrier, one missed on those contact and the virus will spread, it will only took one carrier unknowingly carrying the virus to spread to a lot of people.

This is one of those cases in which it is better to take all the precautions necessary even if you are living in a country that has not experimented local transmission yet, we need to do what it is best not only for ourselves but also for others so it is important to try to diminish the opportunities we could have of being infected by this virus, as such it is important to try to switch most of our activities online and that includes gambling as well.

I agree, also here are some good news(I'm not sure everyone has heard or read of this but here it is). we know that Macau is also known for its casinos and a week ago they announced that the last patient of COVID-19 in their area has recovered and has been discharged from the hospital. I'm impressed at how they handled the situation and how the citizen cooperated to the government. everyone should learn one thing or two on how to prevent the spreading of the virus by copying what Macau did.

So far the government hasn't issued much of a clampdown where I'm at, but the streets are practically empty anyway.

Looks like people are actually taking COVID-19 quite serious and are staying at home even when they don't have symptoms, at least in here in NY anyway.

I actually think that most brick and mortar casinos are probably shutting down right about now anyway, at least until the virus blows over. Crowded places are the worst and everybody is avoiding them now, so I doubt business is good.

Going outside or any public places should avoid that we should be really staying inside our houses or our homes while they are still people that are affected by these corona virus. It is the reason why public places like casinos are temporarily closed because even security guards uses temperature sensors to detect if you are infected you still cannot say if he/she is infected or not because the ways to transmit a virus is by touching or passing objects that is from an infected person, and an object that could be pass on by an infected person is using physical money and other things that is being used inside the casino.
