Wish for the rain? Then deal with the mud too.
In my case, I was able to improve, and published my craft online (By the way, I'm into art industry). Getting clients who could pay me using crypto is kind of rare though somehow, I was able to accumulate even a little. But whatever, the thing is, I had get the chance to make myself even more better, as I am not as very occupied as I am before.

I was lucky, since this is the industry I was enjoying on doing the most even though it is very exhausting. Now am getting paid for my crafts. I couldn't be more happy than this  Cheesy. (Haven't opened my service here yet but I think, soon, I would).

Many crypto related scams are sprouting here in our country. The scammers are taking advantage of fhe current situation where most of people are staying at their homes and only depending on online jobs/investments to keep their living. *sigh Like Forsage, this one scammed many people here. Stay away from it.

Yeah, and there are still going on despite SEC's warning. What's worse is that, similar thing like forsage is coming out of a blue. Look here. Just indicates how desperate those scammers are, and what measures they had to do for a living  Undecided.

Where are you based exactly? Is Forsage the only notable in your area or are there other ones?
I'm from Philippines Smiley.

Yes! I think so. The authorities here found out that Forsage's founder name is Lado Okhotnikov. I'm not sure what is his nationality (hmm maybe he came somewhere from Europe) and I'm not sure which countries are affected by his scam. What I only knew is that my fellowmen get crazed by this ponzi scheme couple of weeks ago and now they're f*cked up. How sad.

I think that is the government's job on how they can warn their people about the Covid-19. It supposed to look better after you do it, good luck. Also, instead of using the symbol "[...]" to make the other post shorter, you could simply erase the content and put "[snip]" to make it even shorter. Study how the code works, I know you can do it Smiley.

Very true- everyone has been hit one way or another- some obviously are taking it better than others. There have been a lot of online industries totally demolished by the pandemic. Should we see a second wave, I hope these same businesses are better prepped and learned from the first experience.

What can not be denied is the decline in demand due to the decline in people's purchasing power and the strength of people saving. But with the pandemic, I think many people have become more creative and brave to introduce their work. The current condition is indirectly a natural selection and considers that saving is the most appropriate action during the economic boom and at the time like now. In fact, in order to survive, we must think anti-mainstream and creative but still follow the pandemic protocol.

Businesses must adapt and evolve from conventional to digital. In my country, online businesses that are integrated with technology are the ones that survive the most and even still make a profit.

Unfortunately, I haven't found even a single sign of opportunity opening created by crypto amidst the pandemic. And you know what, the opposite happened actually. Dude, you should merge it into one post. Just a friendly advice Wink.

I'm still learning how to organize these messages, as you do lol. If we ever meet, I am buying drinks for feedback Wink

It's nuts how often people are still getting scammed, but also not surprising as we're inside a recession and a lot of people haven't found "their" opportunity yet.

Where are you based exactly? Is Forsage the only notable in your area or are there other ones?

You have highlighted the best things in the lockdown so far though it's killing people; I've earned 13 merits so far during the lockdown and it's a great achievement for me.. Angry Angry Grin Grin Angry I've made lesson plans to extend the teaching of blockchain to my neighborhood when the lockdown is lifted which I will definitely do once it's lifted. I think these are the two things I've achieved so far, hoping for more to come.

Teaching blockchain to your friends is really good as you are really contributing to the mass adoption of crytocurrencies.

I already did that with my family, I taught them first the benefits and advantages of bitcoin and how do it works in the market. They are really interested about it once I introduced it to them. I'm very proud of myself that I did that, I provide them the opportunity to learn about cryptocurrency and blockchain.

Maybe true.
There's a lot of opportunities here, if we just have all the knowledge in cryptoworld. As for me, i began to be very active here from the start of lockdown and home quarantine days until now and also sell some items online for our daily living.

We should not waste the opportunity to learn, there are a lot of people who aren't given a chance to engage in to that kind of technology.

This quarantine is the best time for us to spread the knowledge about the cryptoworld. Keep on hustlin' @Heart18.

Its a strange time, yet, quite perfect for crypto jobs like bounty campaigns to earn,  trade and invest.

As we are staying at home during this quarantine, and we still don't have any idea when this will end. We should engage in crypto related things and learn to earn some profits with this cryptocurrency activities.

The pandemic will end soon, no matter if that takes a long time. We will see an increase in the opportunities through the digital world or offline world because people need jobs to make money, and they need to survive in the middle of this pandemic. People who don't creative in searching for the opportunity will get in the trap of surviving because they can not see the chance to get a new job to make money.

If the number of infections still increases, I think we will see another lockdown in many countries because the government will think about their people. They don't want to see the increase, and they will work hard to prevent the new infection. The crypto itself will offer that opportunity, but that is only for people who want to try to work with crypto.

Without optimism, people can not survive because they don't have willing to do something to solve the problem. We have the same problem, and it's already not ended yet, but we have a bright future, so we need to survive.

For the people who was working online was less affected by this pandemic ,it mostly affect the people who is working under any private sectors.

Disagree. All are heavily affected either working physically or in front of the desk at home.

Take the example of the Business Process Outsourcing industry. One business they covered was processing sales and orders. Due to the pandemic, the volume of sales decreases to the point that it can now handled by only few people. Because of that, some employees were forced to take leave without pay. Since people are struggling financially, these employees look for a new job and so on.

There is no sector in the world that didn't feel the wrath of the pandemic. The good thing, after almost half a year dealing with the pandemic, some businesses are now slowly getting back on their feet.

I voted for the endless opportunities with crypto, it could be seen as a new for of money in the future and it is not that far to happen. Now that we have the pandemic, I see the crypto market being strong and gaining a massive support resisting any downfall unlike the other markets such as stock and oil, but to be honest I don't see any further opportunities than being an investment at least for NOW, I'm talking about its use-case. Yes it is a currency but most of us does not use it as a currency, as simple as that. I can conclude that we, literally the community is the hindrance after all.

My life hasn't change in terms of work or job because ever since, my job is already in online world, in crypto world as well.
So this pandemic has not affected me or anything, but people around me, they are affected with the pandemic, I like to help them with what they are experiencing right now, I'd like to offer them an opportunity but I believe they would not have the same interest as mine.

To be perfectly honest, things seem worse for me.
The whole economy around cryptocurrency depends a lot on the regular economy for financing its everyday operations.

As a result, the money flowing into crypto must have gone down considerably also. We've gotta remember that the ongoing recession isn't also accompanied by distrust in the financial system (as it was in 2008).
Central banks could now more easily solve the issue by printing money. Retail banks aren't bound to collapse this time, deposits are still in them. Just less propensity to invest.
Therefore crypto as an instrument isn't seeing more interest because of the recession. Actually very few industries saw a benefit from the pandemic. Only those that produce related items, SOME games and live streaming. Almost no other industry is known to largely have seen increased earnings. Even most websites saw less earning because they got more traffic but fewer companies were interested to advertise.
Very true. The speculation everyone sees a few months back with the parallel crash between crypto and traditional financial assets really had people second guessing- which would definitely result in money being pulled out of the ecosystem. To be fair, I don't think this will be as bad as the recession in 2008 given our current stance on finding new opportunities.

HOWEVER, I do think that a lot of people may have gotten lazy in the last 12 years, resulting in a high (and growing) unemployment rate. There are opportunities all over the place and I feel if it's not something you REALLY want to do, might as well take it, learn a new skill set, and build your bread up until you can go back to your original career path. Chances are, people might actually enjoy doing something new and take a shift in career paths.

For example, I left the offshore banking and corporate finance sphere to work on what I thought would make me genuinely happy- AND IT HAS!
