Try contacting/PM "ocminer" (owner of Suprnova Pools) He may or may not know a possible solution to the web wallet bug, but he very well may know someone who does or could lend a hand getting it fixed. (he knows a lot of coin devs)

No, the problem is you cannot transfer or send your coins from the web wallet. That's the "bug" they are attempting to repair and are soliciting for help with it.
