It is easy to make a token these days and you only need to hire people to do those things. But do you really need to make one for yourself?

What's the essence and purpose of making one? are you looking at how profitable it is to have your own token that has its own value?

Every token you see today in the market, is backed by a project that gives him his value. For instance, Eth is the token for Ethereum which is a virtual machine which help build and deploy smart-contracts, and BNB is a token for binance which is a cryptocurrency exchange. In all cases, it's a utility token that helps operating the system.
So in order to setup a token (you can hire someone or learn cryptography to build it by yourself), you have to build a project first which need a token to operate. After this, we may talk about how to list it in exchanges.

you are a newbie and you are referring to the issue of creating your own token this is possible but it has no value and this is a dead coin. If you are a newbie, you still don't really understand how to use, set up a wallet or store cryptocurrencies, how to buy and sell, you can find out on gg or learn on new tutorials. I recommend using your assets to invest in valuable and potential future coins like BTC instead of trying to create tokens that have no value at all.
