they were not even trying to score boundaries . they were playing as if they were determined to play 20 overs without loosing any further wickets . Pakistan is going through a bad phase, they only manage to beat the Bangladesh. They lost against India and NZ, just because of poor batting approach by the Pakistani batsman. Ahmed Shehjad wasted almost 5 overs as he didn't scored enough when required and Pakistan lost the momentum set by the Openers.
I think that their is some internal problem in team, because main players are wasted and when they are approached they perform very bad, start of Pakistan was good but same last 5 overs they were just not playing to win but not to get out. They dont want to win the match just game to play and fix the matches and earn money.
Today two match are their , and both matches are mostly favorite team winning as opponent is weak, in India vs Bangladesh match we can see some fighting but India have to win this match so that they can secure semi final bearth

What do you guys think? Is it NZ or PAK
As long as MJ Guptill is batting, they could post a total of 160 to 170 and it will be a hard chase for PAK, looking forward on how Ahmed Shehzad is going to build the innings..if the openers can give a good platform, they have the heavy hitters to chase this score. but team PAK is always unpredictable

First 10 overs are crucial if Pakistan will get succeed to cross 100 runs there than it will win this match surely because it is unpredictable side and can do anything there, as like they are playing very sensible cricket and New Zealand looking helpless there.

Pakistani bowling is not looking that impressive and effective as it usually is.New Zealand took full advantage of this good pitch and surely will do some good effort because have couple of good bowlers as well.
New Zealand is looking very solid and playing confidently so that it will be much easy for it to reach into very strong position, i don't think Pakistan can chase target 150+ runs against New Zealand because it has serious problem with batting line and on other side New Zealand has good bowling attack.

If we have a look at the run rate of last 4 overs it has slowed sown which is normal after loss of 2 wickets.Pakistan and New Zealand at this stage have equal chances to shape the result by better performance onward in my opinion.
2 wickets in last 2 overs shows that Pakistan just came back in the game.It can be game changing situation from here but the wicket of Guptil M is biggest challege for Pakistan.This is the key wicket as long as he is at pitch anything can be expected.
New Zealand won the toss and chose to bat first it seems that it was good decision because they will try their best to make as high score as possible.Pakistan Batting lineup isn't reliable and any time can deceive.They need to concentrate on good line and length in bowling at first place to get minimum target to chase.
you are right as expected New Zealand openers are doing very good and guptil is main batsman if he stays till 15 overs then we can see the score 180 or 190. which i think will be good to defend it. Pakistan batting is very poor.
