Dilshan was really unlucky to be given LBW which was clearly missing the leg stump by a big margin, he was in good touch and that wicket changed the fate of SL, struggling to get runs on the board. 122 for 9 in 20 overs. hope SL could bowl and trouble the WI. Wink

a couple of wickets in the power play makes things interesting

South Africa won as expected, but it was a sterling performance with Afghanistan.
That given, I would have thought the odds on Afghanistan would have been 20:1 or higher.
8:1 seems to be giving too much respect to Afghanistan.

The odds dropped to 8 or thereabouts in-play, after the 1st few overs by Afghanistan,a small .1btc loss.

Hopefully West Indies would win as seems the case to recorver.

no mate if you are following cricket AFG are playing the big boys at this tournament , AFG are a good fighting team, but u cant compete with the high score they put on and the bowling dept they have. its impossible to score 200 plus against SA particularly AFG.

I am gonna wait till mid of the match, as always and probably bet this time on Sri Lanka. West Indies is like one man team if Gayle plays they win or they lose badly.

sorry guys but Afghanistan openers was good but after that they tried fully but they were not able to chase a 200+ runs against South Africa, If they have restricted SA for below 180 then their was chance.

Now the next match between Sri Lanka vs West Indies . Sri Lanka batting is very bad and Bangalore pitch is high scoring, so if West Indies won the toss and take batting then it will be interesting to see.

I put my money on sri lanka for today lol hoping gayle doesn't click lol the odds for sri lanka are quite enticing atm tbh

Yes, what you said is correct. As of now the India's net run rate is quite low because of very bad lose agaist NZ. But, if wickets was in hand than they should have gone hitting every ball. Yesterday the main aim was to win the match and get the confidence level back so they didn't bother much on run rate. They must win the match against Australia but that is not so easy like yesterday.

Ya correct now i think Indian players would have got some confidence and it will give boost for match against Australia but you should know that Australia is going in bad phase with batting collapse, you can see the last match with good opening after that they all fall for low score and lost the match. So i think this match will also be very interesting as both are in same position of team conditions.
