I think so it depends how Sri Lankan batsmen will carry their inning into second day and how they get succeed to score runs there if Sri Lanka get succeed to take some quick wickets than it has chance to make level the series.

It's going to be very tough for Sri Lanka as this pitch is known for greenly pace friendly. New Zealand bowlers will have more advantages over Sri Langa bowlers. But so far Sri Lanka managed to score briskly to pass 250. I believe 300 must be a good score for them in first innings.

Currently SL are in good position to finish the first innings with huge total. They are alrady 221 runs and still 6 wickets in hand. I hope they may score more than 400 runs in this first innings. But NZ can reach this first total in their first innings than match may end in draw if not, than SL may win this match too.
