Very, very strong performance from the aussies today. Finished the test off with 2 and a half days to spare.

Poor performance by the West Indians IMO. Very, very, very poor. Only 1 century scored in both innings, the only other guy apart from Bravo who at least came close to a century was Brathwaite, who was dismissed very early in the first innings.

I would like to see some more competition going on around the field in the second test, right now it's boring... Very, very, very boring cricket.

And btw congrats to James Pattinson for taking a 5 for and also Hazlewood has bowled exceptionally well as well.
Now West Indians cannot give any entertainment because they have many problems on and off the field lake of quality bowling and batting is their main problem they need to do some quick and positive work for bring back golden era of West Indian cricket

I would like to see some more positivity in their side. Instead of defending every shot they should at least attack.

They are ranked 8th in the test world rankings. That's as bad as shit. They've got nothing to lose.

We saw how Brathwaite could destroy the entire bowling attack during that four 4's in a row against Mitch Marsh. Keep doing it.

NZ 2nd inngs 171-1, 100% New Zealand is going to win this match.

They already have a 300+ run lead.
Time is also not a constraint, with two full days remaining.
New Zealand are clear favourites for this one.
Now Sri Lanka need some time to bring back good days as some very good and Sr Members already retired and they have no back up like Australia its worst time for them specially in test matches

Australia is in full control of the match against the Windies now.

GG Windies.

Yes, Australia will 100% win this match and WI already lost two wickets in there second innings just of 35 runs. This is the one of the worst performance from WI batsman. Rain also helped Australian bowlers but WI should have played more responsible cricket but some how they lost 5 quick wickets and now australia take the full control of this match. In this last session of the game WI lost 8 wickets.

west indies are now 65/6 and almost the game is won by australia ,  west indies are showing so much lack in the long format of game, the young players are not able to play a odi and test match , they only like t20 i think the way they are performing in the last series and this first test match, bangladesh is much better comparing,

Australia just won this test match by an innings and 212 runs. This was an easy guess for many of us, on yesterday itself. But I thought Australia will not force follow on in day-3 itself. The poor performance of West Indies continues. They must do something to get back into form.

It's a very huge win for Australia and they take a 1-0 series lead. Two and a half days is all it took for Australia to rack up a massive score and then get 20 WI wickets. They enforced the follow-on this morning after cleaning up the last three wickets to fall in quick time. Today Australian bowlers did a superb job to pick up total 13 wickets in total and win this match in less than three days.

GG Windies.

West Indies were sunk as soon as Australia made that huge first innings score.
Now with a massive deficit and following on, there is no hope.

Jimmy Pattinson on a hat trick!!!

Oh no he missed the stumps Sad

yes but its all depends on tomo 1st session. SL wants to keep not loosing any wickets in 1st session. then def'ly SL will be back.

Until now SL has done much better job than expected. Sri Lanka socred 264 runs with lose of 7 wickets and still trailing by 167 runs and now left with mostly bowlers to play so can't expect much from these batsman. I think SL missed another two good partnerships otherwise they might have score another 100 runs more. But it looks like this test got a chance to end in draw as well, if SL give this kind of resistance.

ICC announces World T20 schedule the great news is two big Brothers India & Pakistan in same group.
Group A contains Sri Lanka, South Africa, West Indies, England.
Group B contains India, Pakistan, Australia, New Zealand.
match's start from 8th march 2016.

Any guess's who is going to win the T20 Battle this time?

I think Pakistan and India should have met during knock out stage than match would have been very interesting. I didn't like the idea of keep these two teams in same group. I don't think this time any Asian teams will win this world cup and mostly either Australia or SA may win.
