I get your point, big exchanges means big funds. And some new projects are hard to do it as only have very limited money. I ever discussed with a developer of a new project, I advised him to list the tokens on top/big exchanges but he speak honestly that has no enough money. In this matter, surely the small exchange is only the option. However, don't list the tokens on the small exchanges that have bad reputation like what we see on OP list. Kindly choose small exchanges that can be trusted enough.

I agree with your list and there are more bad exchanges out there. I had a very bad experience with bitebtc before they use fake volumes to gain traders but once you deposited, you will never withdraw it anymore. Same with Vindax they also use fake volume!
Based on what I have seen on the link, the exchange has been around since 2017 which means that they have been getting complaints since this year up to now and nothing has done really to stop this. That is really, what I think, the problem with decentralization, it lets hooligans get away with cheating and scamming people if the accusations are true. Problem is I have not heard any individual that has sued them for fraud on any court. Well, it said that the company is Estonian, then somebody from Estonia should ring bells on media to investigate the said company.

I absolutely agree with you. We still need to add, they still refuse to restore accounts after losing the codes from the authenticator
what are you talking about, I've lost my 2fa device in the past and it took about a week of emails with support to get it fixed and restore my access, I was surprised to see they acted faster on it than platforms like localbitcoins (which btw took just over 2 weeks), don't recommend losing your 2fa device for your sanity's sake, talking to multiple support teams to restore access is a never ending nightmare.
Vindax and LAtoken have no real volume and that makes any project that already launched on those exchange will actually become the zero value token as there was no demand and people will never try to use these crap exchange sites again after they have a very bad experience with these sites.
I have heard horror stories about LAtoken, but haven't heard much about Vindax. In the Reddit there is even a sub-forum covering the LAtoken scams. Even here in Bitcointalk, you can find dozens of threads dealing with various scams perpetrated by that exchange. But a lot of people continue to use this exchange, attracted by the low fees and the large number of IEOs using that platform.

Isn't the Biki exchange the best exchange with high liquidity? Are there other sources that say you are so bad about biki exchange?But we must still be wary of what has happened when someone says it like this.

As far as I know Latoken is not as bad as Vindak, Latoken has designed this well. In fact, I have sold bounty tokens several times, but nothing has been constrained, but in terms of the IEO project, many failures occurred in Latoken because so many projects entered there, maybe because low cost.

I don't know much about bad exchanges but right now DIGIFINEX havent doning well for their users. Because WPP token has been traded on DIGIFINEX since from very long time but from that time they had pause the WPP related all trades. Still, they haven't lifted the pause on WPP related activities. According to the exchange, they are going through some of the negotiations with WPP officials for their wallets maintenance. I think now the time has come and the team should have to start the WPP as soon as they can.

A determined team will never use bad exchanges, even if they don't know that bad exchanges exists they will first do their own research, truly if you want something to work you will go any length to make it possible, it's very easy to avoid bad projects today, top exchanges are the answers you seek
When it comes to choosing exchange I have simple ways to do it, I just choose exchange that have good reviews and also part of the top exchange around the world like Binance. I'm aware that there are many scam exchange so I do not visit and creating account in a exchange that is not popular and not seems legit. The victims of fake crypto exchanges are keep rising and it is the reason why we should always be careful if we want to open an account and trade cryptocurrencies.

we should not generalize problem. when someone facing problem in exchange it doesnt mean all user have same problem. maybe when someone have problem in their finance transaction , bixi exchanges have technical problem just for a while. and after that everything will be fine.

I've used BIKI to trade ARCC in the past, no issues then, but this serves as a warning, thanks. Latoken, P2PB2B and Vindax are very crappie wrt fake volume and manipulation. I only use such exchanges if there is no other alternative. For instance if I got a coin via airdrop, and I don't really want to hold the coin, then the only place it's trading is on those shitty exchanges. Aside that, I can't even dream of sending funds there to trade.

I have never used Biki exchange. however, because I might be careful to trade there. it's just that I rarely hear about problems on Biki. Yeah, but it looks like it's worth investigating. I hope that the bad exchange does not increase for now.
