I wish people were transparent and share the same when asked directly but they won't and if they share it when asked directly it would help everyone to take the right decision at the first go itself
Some things are better off being private, or at least confined to few close people you trust. You can still learn from these confessions posted anonymously and learn to not repeat same. In my experience, people are honest when they are anonymous, being certain personality limits you on what you can share and there are insecurities how other party will react, posting anonymously frees you from this.

No one would want tell you all of that directly. People don’t want to look like they are a loser of even admit that they’ve made such a mistake before.
Even when they make profit, many people just want to hide the truth.I think it's better to hide one's financials anyway, it's good for one's own security.
I saw people complaining about their loss to their mentor or the influencer they were following when making their investment.
Technically, it's still their own fault to follow mentor/infleuncer, but yes it does make things easier to pass around when there is another person involved.
