I don't know what you are talking about, I guess you missed reading the OP. It sucks when you pay fees for making transactions but what I personally do is that I go for altcoins and if not possible I make a transaction with minimal fees on BTC and accelerate it via some free services.

I don't think it's all but it's like most that crypto gambling sites are like that, well basically the more bitcoin price increases.. it would be really annoying to see fees are so expensive, which could be when you want to cover the fees.. we even got more lost.
There are still a few or a small number of sites that still provide the opportunity for smaller fees, bitcoin eth bch ltc etc.

The casino operators allows Bitcoin deposit because it is easy to liquidate and easily traded with other altcoins inspite of the fees.The transaction fees can be high for small players that's why you have been given other options like Litecoin or doge with you so why choose btc if you hate it? I don't understand what is your exact problem like fees,Bitcoin or somebody didn't give you $20 to gamble?. That is the best way for him not to playing gambling. Suppose we can not handle ourselves in gambling, then why we should play gambling because that will make us in a hard situation. Trust me I understand how this sucks but crypto casino is actually cool when you are depositing a large sum because after a win your cash out is more massive overriding the gas fee and making your bet worth the stake. So you don't hurt your self stick to fiat gambling so you can limit your losses and have enough fun from gambling as well.

About fees, if you can't adjust to the current situation then there's nothing you can do. Bitcoin fees won't adjust for you.

Everyone is doing some adjustment by depositing more because they really want to gamble. Others are also converting their BTCs to altcoins to save fees but you need to DYOR for casinos that accept deposits from these low fees altcoins.

If you aren't comfortable with a certain coin then try to use more reputable coins. If you're having trouble with a casino site, then choose better casino sites. The decision is always in your hands. You always have the freedom to choose so better look for something that you're comfortable playing. Well, crypto gambling needs a broad knowledge and understanding, and to be honest, it's a long process of learning so if you're still having trouble with things, that simply means that you still have a lot to learn.

Secondly transaction fee is only detected when we withdraw money out of the gambling site. Most of the gamblers including myself keep the money inside the site and play gambling. As long as you do not need the money to spend, its better to keep the coins within the site and avoid tx fee.

But now you can make a transaction with 1 sat/byte and it will be confirmed in the next block itself while some casinos are still collecting huge fee so you can decide which one offering the best and cheap for everyone can afford since there is more convenience while you play on a crypto casinos compared to fiat, so just see the good side of it and if you still don't like them then just go to the fiat poker room.
