No dream is too big and no dreamer is too small

I don't gamble on my mobile. For me it's important to have a fast and reliable experience and a phone doesn't provide that. It lags a lot and i use it on the go so there's no way to focus on the game. It could be good for people who play dice or roulette but not for more demanding games like poker and blackjack.
I rarely even gamble online. Real experience is always better.
The capability of phones to runs a huge MB's apps or having problems with the internet connection will be the common reason why most gamblers don't prefer to use phones. Lags and some errors will have a bad effect on our bets and at worse when we miss a click and turns into a big loss to our ends.
Quite it happens to me before and so I'd stop and only I used a laptop when doing this.

The website, in my opinion, is not yet optimized in mobile use so I think it will be laggy when to use it in a mobile phone. I think an application would be great but most of the time the developer is not going to develop one since it is going to cost big amount of money. So maybe big casino websites only or real casino company is the only that is going to attempt to try this.

Based on my experience almost all gambling casinos related to crypto are optimized for mobile because I can play without any lag maybe it will lag if your internet is not stable but for me, I don't experience lag yet in mobile.

Most of the websites right now are optimized for mobile except for old websites.

However, for the apps, they mostly not developing it because of the budget but there are some ways to convert websites into apps but it's not actually needed for new casino games if the website is already optimized for mobile.

I also don't gamble on my phone because it feels even more addictive.

Figures if mobile is more focused then a PC where I got multiple things going on at the same time.    Its just a convenience thing for me, but I'm fussy on using a phone anyway as I dont have that big a screen on mine and PC has more clarity.   I need the time and space to gamble, doing it while waiting for a bus would probably have me in a panic maybe some people like that element of anywhere goes.

Of course I already play gambling using my mobile phone although there is a lot of gambling games it is easy to use out mobile and very handy unlike playing on physical gambling games like in casino.
Agreed, when played on mobiles we doesn't want to schedule to spend. As Mobile is accessible anywhere we can gamble where the network is strong. This will give faster rolls and flawless response. This is the positive side, on the other side here the chances of making mistakes were very high as we won't dedicatedly involve into gambling.

I think I don't usually gamble in android or mobile devices because gambling in mobile devices are not popular maybe because this is not yet developed yet and I don't see a lot of gambling application that is available in your phone to already download. Mostly the thing here is portability most of the time this is convenient to play gambling in your mobile devices since you could easily bring your mobile phone anywhere. I do gamble in my phone but most of the time it was just in the browser because there is no application available and also the website was just too laggy to play in just a smartphone so I think it is not yet optimized to play in mobile devices.
^ I have a suggestion, clean your mobile phone storage if you want to use it to gamble. Spare at least 1GB in storage to avoid laggy in browsing. Each mobile phone has an app of google chrome and it will browse any website that you want and also you can able to gamble using your google chrome in mobile. You can gamble anywhere you want and any time without facing your PC. But there is the disadvantage that I don't like, using a mobile phone, of course, it has a small screen to browse and probably you will be pissed off in zooming the site. I still prefer using a laptop or PC.

Not really a mobile person when it comes to gambling as I take my sweet time to realize my luck and plan my bets and cant generally do when I am on the go. I personally prefer desktop when it comes to gambling or even work . I take out time during work to gamble a little or while at home when I  bored and looking for some excitement.

I also don't gamble on my phone because it feels even more addictive. If you have to take your gamling to work or with you to the bathroom you're starting to look like an addict.

Also where do I use my phone? Usually out. So at work, in public transport, while walking. I wouldn't want other people to know what i'm doing and avoid looking tense and emotional in those places.

Have you ever gambled from your mobile device (preferably smartphone)?

I know that some online gambling sites adapt themselves to mobile devices. But I'm talking about applications that you install on your phone which allow you to gamble anytime, anywhere. For Android, I've toppled with an app called "CoinPoker" which allows you to play Poker on the go with cryptocurrency. I'm sure there are other apps out there, but that's the only one I've found. For ETH-based gambling sites, I use the "Cipher" wallet to interact with them on my phone. Per my experience, it's much more convenient to gamble on a mobile device than a computer. But everyone has their unique preferences within the mainstream world.

If you happen to know of good Android apps which allow you gamble with crypto, please let me know. Also, feel free to share your experience when gambling using a mobile device. Your input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Smiley

I had tried playing online gambling though mobile phone, if I can remember it correct the name of the gambling site/app is yeaz.win. They used to have an android app and just played it since they have a promo code. However, their site closed down maybe because the promo code was abused since there is no limit to it as long as you have a mobile # to claim it. I know that most gamblers here prefer playing through their PC which I believe is more convenient brcause you can do multi tasks.
Not just because of multitasking but desktop gives you a clear picture of game whereas in mobile, the interface of the game is often different from that of desktop version. You need to focus and see many things simultaneously in order to devise strategies for instance betting on sports needs you to analyze the game going on side by side peeping into expert’s reviews. Tablets are still better than mobile but I personally don’t like mobiles for gambling.

Sites like  bet365.com have their own personal app, not sure how well of experience they provide on their mobile app but I am sure it is avaiable on playstore. I generally dont gamble on move and always feel comfortable gambling on PC and not on mobile. Though I am certain that the sites are mobile friendly these days and I have seen few of my peers playing on their mobile.

If there's ever an app available, it can only be accessed via external sources (like CoinPoker does).
Actually sites like Primedice, stake and FJ all have a web browser based interface optimized to run in a smartphone screen. It might seem a bit cumbersome to locate everything for the first time but once you use it you get the hang of it.

It's much safer to play gambling games on your mobile device by visiting the site itself than downloading an app.
That is the idea behind Play store's policy.

In today's world where many hackers are on the hunt for crypto wallet's private keys, one needs to be careful when installing anything that's not widely trusted or recognized within the mainstream world.
It would almost be jumping on a gold mine of bitcoins if you manage to get your handmade malware on some whale's device. It not something ethical and I am sure that person is a criminal if they steal it, but it is possible and they wont give it back because this was their reason for preparing that malware.

Of course, people have different experiences when it comes to gambling with a mobile device versus a personal computer. But the trend will most likely be a hit on mobile devices, since most people don't often have time to sit on a computer at all times (or don't even have one).
I dont know, but I always feel comfortable with playing on a PC/Laptop than smartphone. Cheesy

I like the idea of gambling everywhere and certainly mobiles make the gambling experience quite handy but that's the only real advantage of using a mobile in gambling over PC. I don't think mobile interfaces are user friendly and some does gives absolute strain for the gambler if the casino site is not literally designed for mobile use as well. So, consider this instance where the gambler is out of money in the website and they should be refilling their balance to continue playing. Would someone have their bitcoins in mobile all time? Or does anyone have  lump sum amounts of bitcoins in their mobile?

On the other hand, some mobiles have few lags while running web browsers too. So, that might pose a problem to a gambler when they are playing the game seriously. What if the mobile browser lags while playing a dice game or other gambling game? That would make the gambler lose their money. It's not exactly like the gambler should be sticking only with a PC interface but its evident and true that you can never play in a mobile all the time.

I did gamble using an android phone for a couple of weeks but the gambling site I used to play is not accepting cryptocurrency. In my own experience using a phone to gamble
is quite bothersome (at least for me) even when the gambling site adopted their games to be able to use in phones comfortably and is easy to use in mobile there are a lot of
times that I misclick buttons and mess up my bets. but I am sure there are tons of people who would rather use a phone to gamble since it is accessible anywhere and any time.

Indeed mate, there are now many gambling apps but the problem is the pop up advertisement, it is annoying and I cannot focus. I gambling in my smartphone but the thing is I do not use anymore gambling apps. I often use web surfaces in order for me to gamble, it is better to just visit the gambling site than to down a gambling app. The interface is more good so I prefer to just visit the website than to download an application.
I am not sure what apps you are talking about, you might be risking your money with fakes apps, the legit sites that gives out the option to wage a bet using their app does not show any third party advertisement, even sportsbet have an app right now and i am not a total fan of using app to wage a bet but i still use if i am traveling and so does legit sites like bet365 and you cannot see a third party advertisement which is irritating in those apps.
That's the annoying part by third party services, irritating ads that keeps popping out. It's still preferable to use the desktop versions once you
are betting using your mobiles devices, it's still available with your browsers and no need to install apps with your phone when you are going
to play and bets to your favorite games.

Never underestimate the influence of marketing. The advertisements are win-win case for the both providers and gambling sites. Every user deposits to the gambling site is the gain of site, and generally, the lost amounts are bigger than ad costs, in my opinion.  It becomes annoying for user but without the ads developers will not be encouraged for creating the new apps.

Well it depends actually. If a site is a popular one then don't have to rely on ads to generate money for them to cover the operational cost say for example sportsbet or even primedice. But for those who have just started but don't have enough bankroll to operate then they (most of them) chose to rely on ads. Marketing is an important tool and I don't underestimate but it depends on business to business so in gambling where gamblers are often looking out for something new, I don't think there are any site which relies on advertisement. Best they do is that they advertise their own promotions or promotions of sister sites or so.
Just out of curiosity why do the Bet365 and the Bwin need to advertise their service if there is the risk of losing their reputation for a long time? I am not an expert in this field, just it doesn't sound logical to cut the marketing costs and save it for better development.  I agree with you regarding the sister site but this is a different case, the different branch of sports-gambling under the same brand.
