Goodbye, Z.
Will Merit have any affect on campaign rules as far as you can tell? I.E. Bonuses for Merited posts, or anything that relates to it besides the indirect effect of making ranks more difficult to attain?
Merit is still very new and I am unsure how it will affect the forum as a whole, not just signature campaigns.
I'd like to see how it playes out for a while first and what possible adjustments are taken during that time,
before making a decision on anything like that. I'm inclined to say no, though.

Those sub-sections may become unused if the merit system has it's intended effect. It seems theymos is taking a multi-varied approach towards our current problem, who knows which may be more effective; although I will say merit, being forum-wide, certainly will have a greater impact.
I think theymos is testing a bunch of stuff at once right now. Maybe there will be even more new features added soon.
Will all of them stick around? Maybe. Maybe not. We'll make adjustments to those that do and work things out so they fit for all people involved.

Yes, those need to be adjusted. I've assumed common sense dictates that you wont be paid in sections where your signatures wont be displayed, but it's better to spell that out and add a direct rule about it,
if only for the purpose of avoiding confusion or possible conflicts.

To be honest, I'm torn when it comes to that new section.
I think it is a good test case, but I also think other solutions (eg the new merit systems) are needed and can do way more than banning posts with content to a subsection

Sometimes common sense serves us wrong, but that is what my assumption was; although I'm sure there will be someone that disagrees that this is common sense for whatever reason. That being said, signatures are displayed in Meta, where very meaningful conversations are had and posts are read very intimately, yet those posts are not counted either. Now that I am thinking about it, could you explain the thinking behind this? Just curious.

Goodbye, Z.
Since the addition of the two new Sub-forums under the Other section, "Serious Discussion" and "Ivory Tower" I am wondering if the campaign rules ought to be amended, or do you intend on qualifying posts in those sections for payment?

I'm going to assume that posts in this section will not be counted, however I think it would be impressively revolutionary to be a signature campaign that promotes usage of these sections even without it directly displaying signatures.

Anyway, not gonna go too far off topic about my own view on how to fight spam, I've stated that more than enough in the appropriate sections, so anyone can figure out what I think/suggest.

I'm going to assume that posts in this section will not be counted, however I think it would be impressively revolutionary to be a signature campaign that promotes usage of these sections even without it directly displaying signatures; seemingly, it may just be an "investment" in the right place since users in this section aren't there to mess around. It's possible you already have considered this and see this as nullifying the entire purpose of these sections, which is definitely something to avoid; I'm very curious to hear the campaign stance on these sections, especially if it is contradictory to my assumption.

Smooth as can be, this campaign seems too be one of the longest running and consistently paying campaigns around here and this week was no different.

This being my first week in the campaign I was very eager to get my first payment and make sure that I met all the criteria. I received my payment right on time, as they usually process their payments on a schedule it seems, I knew almost exactly when to expect it.

Lutpin has been very responsive to my questions, concerns and just plain ole' comments regarding the campaign, it's participants, bonuses and criteria. He's running a tight ship and it feels good to be able to have confidence in the campaign manager.

I have left Lutpin, DogecoinMachine and Joter85 positive feedback for enabling, through their collective collaboration, a successful campaign and fun website to function without flaw. Keep up the solid work fellas, I hope to stick around the campaign and the website for a long time.

Thank you for the opportunity, I'll make sure to just keep using the forum as I do and hopefully that continues to line up with your expectations and criteria for payment.
