<…> crypto im not sure but blockchain should be our future <…>
Crypto has a long road ahead, with many obstacles to surpass on it’s way (regulation, TX speed, price, throughput, mainstream real case usage, simplicity, security, etc.), but it looks like it is here to stay. Likely, regulation will be a key element on determining the extent and shape it will take in the coming years.

Blockchain is an infrastructure related technology with many potential applications, but with a common denominator being that of providing open consultable transparency. It will be a thing, and may even become a trend of corporate usage related to payments, traceability, internet of things and so on. Crypto is just one usage of blockchain (albeit it’s flagship), so blockchain does have a more widespread range of options ahead to expand.

Judging by how the world is changing, the monetary system will also change, be sure to cryptocurrency, having gone through certain difficulties will be a monetary unit. Banks as they are now require major changes, but they will prevent cryptocurrency from entering, they just want to be monopolists.

Crypto is being used worldwide already and some people think it'll be our major currency in the future.  I invested a few months ago and i've read articles that say how banks manipulate the people's money which in turn becomes a scam.  I never really trusted the government since some politicians usually are in it for the money and power.  I fimly believ that the crypto industry will not end and hope that in a few years, it'll be utilized more efficiently towards the betterment of our planet.   Cheesy

Not being negative but I don't think it will be the "major currency". Real talk, not everyone will have access to crypto even in the future. This "Crypto Dream" will not be acheived because we still have many issues about technology all around the world. Plus not everyone can afford one.

Yes but still, who knows? Maybe one day we wake up and we see bitcoin taking over all the other currencies on the world, everything is unpredictable.
More than two decades ago, no one thought that Euro was gonna be a currency (yes, it is a different example anyway)

The Fiat system has reached it's shelf life and people are seeing this. We are hoping that people will also see the potential of a "public" / "Open" technology that are more than capable to replace the failing fiat system. Some people just want a cashless financial system that can be used globally and that are not controlled by the government.

We do not know what the future will bring, but we know Bitcoin is already changing the future. We are seeing innovation in the financial system, like never before and this is all thanks to Bitcoin.  Grin

Politicians will be there no matter how untrusted they are as long as they are winning the election or they are appointed by a higher position. This topic would better be goes to Politics and Society, I guess.

Btw, everyone wanted to see on how bitcoin would stamp the traditional currency that we are using. We might be far from it but as long as it will stay, bitcoin is here to stay. But I'm worried that one day they'll be also interested to bitcoin and can't ignore anymore its full potential.

It sure will be utilized more as many ppl already know crypto (at least they will google bitcoin), crypto is the alternative of fiat currency too.
Politician will affect monetary policy and central bank print money too, if politician wrong , then country will be big trouble.

Yes it will not be major too and country will not hope its fiat currency become alternative ><
Yes crypto dream is difficult because crypto is technology things which not 100% safety and hacker still have chance to hack our coin.
So as personally u need to do safety on your coin too!
actually if u are beginner i will not ask u to buy a lot of crypto too, u can try small one. try how to do transaction, how to trading and maybe how to kept your coin safe too. after u know a lot of things, u can step by step involved in crypto world.

Why not? If you have only $5 for instance, you can trade that $5 for $5 worth of satoshis(0.0013 BTC as we speak) with someone using minimal fees . Daily reminder that you don't need to own one whole bitcoin.
Real talk, this has actually been bothering me for a while on this network,as I have actually thought about investing in the bitcoin,in addition to other coins I own,but I quite feel I've not gotten that much capital to do so.
For instance the example you have with $5,is this really a worthwhile investment, and is one's ROI going to be something of note/tangible
This is a real issue I'm having on this platform..
If you don't mind,i need more clarification on this

Crypto is a group description, and not a currency. It is also a misused term, and anything that is digital now seems to be called "crypto". The fiat banking system is digital, but everybody seems to avoid calling that crypto, and I suspect this is to avoid discrediting the replacement currencies. The new global currency is certain to be digital, and it will have central control. I believe that it is under construction at the moment, and it will be based on SDRs. Once it is tested and working, then DeutscheBank will probably be thrown under the bus, and this will bring down the current world fiat system. They aren't quite ready at the moment, so you can expect more theft of national assets from countries to stall the failure. They sacrificed Greece to give DoucheBank a few more years of life, and they have got their eyes on the UK, with the toxic pseudo-Brexit deal that Theresa May was ordered to implement by the bankers. Watch France, Spain and Italy as well, the bankers seem to be considering their banking systems as future fodder.

Bitcoin and a number of other digital currencies will at one time replace the position of paper money as a medium of exchange. The reason is, this currency can fix problems that exist on paper currencies, and indeed in history, the same thing always happens to new currencies that replace old currencies.

For example, gold replaces the barter system as a transaction tool, and paper money replaces gold. Bitcoin and a number of other digital currencies will replace paper money as a transaction tool

Nothing last forever, just as the fiat currency kicked gold out of the currency business so is the fate of fiat currency  when compared to Cryptocurrencies. Cryptocurrency might be is the future of currency because it has proven to be decentralized, trustworthy, protection of privacy, easy to use, durable and potable just to mention a few. While on the other hand fiat currency have failed us.

Cryppto is more likely to be a supplement to legal tender than a substitute. I think that a period of time may be a period of coexistence between centralization and decentralization.

I am not sure crypto will be our major currency or not but it plays a significant role in our digital life. In the future, it will be more effective in our daily life there is no doubt because there are many people love to invest in the crypto market more than a bank. They feel better to use cryptocurrency.

Even more on this, people that understand how corrupt goverments are and banks, politicians... how money is dirty in drug wars and wars.
They understand that Bitcoin is HUGE, in terms of power going back to the people.

I don't see why it won't be a major currency, if you're not aware then let me inform you internet is available in all countries now, and one can buy bitcoins online anywhere anytime. I don't understand what do you mean by not able to afford it? If you're not aware then let me inform you, that you can buy it for as low as 2$, though fees will apply. Also note you do not need to buy one full bitcoin, you can buy it in small fractions.

This "Crypto Dream" will not be acheived because we still have many issues about technology all around the world. Plus not everyone can afford one.

Technical issues ate there to be solved, there are a lot of suggestions in the BIP, Bitcoin Improvement Proposals which could be solutions to some of the problems and barriers faced by cryptocurrency.
And it is not a dream, but an agenda built on an idea and fueled with resolute determination.
