Cryptocurrency:
Cryptocurrency is a digital form of currency that not controlled by any government or any central authority.
In crypto, there is a high rate of return as compared to the real-estate. Cryptocurrency is decentralized (not controlled by any authority or any government). In crypto, u can trade at any time according to the condition of the market you can trade for a long or short period of time. As you wish. But in crypto, the price can swing at any time because any good or bad news is able to change the game.
Real-estate:
Real estate investors are those who purchase property to make profit. They buy residential, commercial or invest through funds. They make money when the value of the money over time increases.  Real estate provides us with a physical asset that can provide us security and stability as compared to cryptocurrency. Real estate property has high potential as compared to crypto to increase its value after a period of time.

Which one do you prefer?

I would still pick real estate investment over cryptocurrency even though I believe in cryptocurrency and know that Bitcoin could probably increase and skyrocket its market price to even a million it is still a risky investment and it wasn't guaranteed that it is going to happen. Compared to a real estate investment where you have tangible assets, that is lower risk. The problem on cryptocurrency is it doesnt really have basis we just dont know what is going to be the market price in the future or maybe in 2030 is cryptocurrency still have value or does it still exist?

What I'm doing is I don't really have a big amount of money since real estate would cost a lot of money so, for now, I just invest in cryptocurrency and hoping in the future I could make a good amount of profit by accumulating Bitcoin and hoping in the Bullrun I can make a good profit. If that happened the profit from cryptocurrency im going to use it to or invest it on real estate investment because that is more secured investment.

The most honest answer of all, thank you because there are still honest people among thousands of fake people. Many people claim that they don't like real estate and that they just love bitcoin. I consider them the most blatant lies because I have not met anyone who does not like gold or real estate, by far the most valuable and safest assets. But because we have a difficult life and owning them is not easy, choosing to invest in bitcoin or crypto is the only choice. Because we know about their volatility and we invest in cryptocurrencies, the ultimate goal is to make a lot of profit in the fastest time. Not because their privacy or utility is better than gold or real estate.

it's different for me, where I actually choose both, but for now I don't think I can afford to buy real estate because the price is expensive so I hold bitcoin, but when it makes a profit I think I will diversify to buy real estate and leave a little money for waiting for the bearish season to come, that way i will have 2 investments with different risks, and i hope that it will strengthen my finances, which with real estate i can turn it into a passive income

Actually, both of these things are good and most of the people I know in my area now, on average, really like choosing real estate. But for those who are already familiar with the crypto space and cryptocurrencies in some markets, they tend to prefer both at this point by sorting their finances into two parts. The first one is for real estate and the remaining one is for cryptocurrencies, meaning both options are actually equally good now and as long as one can afford both, I think they are very good options too.

Personally I also like real estate besides cryptocurrencies, but for now I am more focused on cryptocurrencies first because this year is an opportunity for everyone to collect more cryptocurrencies which have the potential to increase in the next year. But on the one hand, I also plan to bring the profits from cryptocurrencies into real estate investment slowly and gradually, because this could also be very useful for my future personally.

Agreed, both are good assets and worth owning both. But depending on economic conditions, we have appropriate choices. If we don't have too much money, it doesn't make any sense for us to like real estate because we have no way to own it immediately. Meanwhile, bitcoin gives us the opportunity to invest with any initial capital, and it also gives us the opportunity to earn good profits from our small capital. So bitcoin will be the choice of most people here. But I also believe that when we have a lot of money, investing or owning real estate is something that everyone will participate in.

To be honest, no one wants to own assets like gold or real estate, but because owning those things requires a lot of money and they are not profitable like bitcoin.  meanwhile we are poor people, have little capital and we need an asset that can help us earn a lot of money, and that is why bitcoin was chosen.
Really? if you joined a gold forum or real estate forum and say those assets require a lot money and not profitable, you will get many criticism the same way like you saying shitcoin is better than Bitcoin or Bitcoin isn't profitable.

Bitcoin might give you better return than gold and real estate, but it's not something will make you get rich overnight if you only invest small amount of money.

I say that gold and real estate are not as profitable as bitcoin, and I do not say that those two assets are not profitable.  I'm also not saying that we or the poor can get rich from bitcoin overnight, what I want to say is that choosing and investing in bitcoin will give us more opportunities to earn higher profits than the two investments.

By the way, why would you invest in bitcoin and not other assets?  isn't it because bitcoin can be very profitable and it can profit faster than the other two assets?  be honest and don't lie.

I would say a mix of both. Of course, it depends on the current situation in the world and which properties they are and in which country they are. You cant say across the board that a property will perform equally well. In a big city, the development is other and there many % more profits with sale or rent. In a world full of bitcoin regulations it is maybe better to own real estate there and in the "smart" countries you should hold bitcoin, which you can use worldwide within a few seconds. Real estate is static.

Probably you live in a very rich area if the majority of people are able to invest mainly in real estate because that is not something that everybody can do. Where I live a very average single apartment, built probably 50 years ago, can easily cost more than half million dollars, if you want to buy the whole building we're talking about several millions, not everybody can afford to do this kind of purchases. Of course you're not paying all together, just the down payment, but then you also have interests, taxes, maintenance, management... Very few people nowadays can invest seriously in real estate.

An investor can invest his money in any platform as per his desire for investment. No other platform has the benefits of investing in Bitcoin. No one can give high returns like investing in Bitcoin. Moreover, an investor can get the expected returns by investing less money than real estate business. A long-term investment plan is essential when it comes to cryptocurrencies. On the other hand a real estate business  also needs long term investment. Overall real estate business requires both time and money and an investor has to solve various problems. Comparatively I think investing in Bitcoin is a much easier and less risky investment platform than real estate business. So i prefer Bitcoin investment as crypto currency.
Well said bro, A person who has less amount can invest it in Bitcoin as Bitcoin gives a good profit in return with respect to the real estate business, But I am reminded that investing in Bitcoin is highly risky and it requires technical information like what is the best time to invest, or reading the chart etc. But in real estate risk is very low and it's a simple and easy business compared to investing in bitcoin.

A person who has no knowledge about real estate can give his money to another person for business and look over it but in the case of Bitcoin you can't give your money to another person due to security and privacy factors and also you have to have enough knowledge for investing.

I am not proving that you should not invest in Bitcoin or it's not beneficial for you but I want to know the risk involved in Bitcoin and for better profits you have to get more information.

Which one do you prefer?
Given the prevailing economic circumstances, my unwavering choice would be Bitcoin. Like some people here, real estate is still a luxury asset for me even though I also enjoy investing in real estate. But if I had more money or people had more money, I would advise them to diversify their investments into real estate. Again, this has been asked here many times and most people will choose bitcoin because this is a bitcoin forum as well as everyone's economy is not rich.

I choose crypto investment over Real estate because that is only the thing that I can afford where I can just spend a small amount and then able to start earning, unlike Real estate where you need a lot of money. But if I were a rich person, no doubt that I choose Real Estate as it is the best investment.

For me, investment matters in our capabilities. We can have multiple investments if we think we can afford to fund it all and of course, that also depends on our interest and passion.

I'd choose Bitcoin all the way.

Bitcoin is less hassle, no paper works, less tax, and easier to buy and sell compare to real estate. Though, they are both good profit generator in the long run, I just don't like selling real estate because they take too much energy from you, physically and mentally. In Bitcoin, if you're a holder, all you gotta do is to buy when it dumps hard and wait for it to skyrocket before selling it, easy profits.
it's different for me, where I actually choose both, but for now I don't think I can afford to buy real estate because the price is expensive so I hold bitcoin, but when it makes a profit I think I will diversify to buy real estate and leave a little money for waiting for the bearish season to come, that way i will have 2 investments with different risks, and i hope that it will strengthen my finances, which with real estate i can turn it into a passive income

The reason people don't like real estate is because they don't have enough money to own and invest in it, they choose bitcoin because it can help them make great profits with significant amounts of money and quickly.  that's also the reason I chose to invest in bitcoin, but I won't lie that I don't like real estate like many others.

To be honest, no one wants to own assets like gold or real estate, but because owning those things requires a lot of money and they are not profitable like bitcoin.  meanwhile we are poor people, have little capital and we need an asset that can help us earn a lot of money, and that is why bitcoin was chosen.

I love both because they are an asset class so wouldn't like to miss investment in any of the two Assets, If you have made a huge amount of money, real estate is an investment option to store some of your funds for future growth, while Bitcoin is an investment opportunity for everyone, both the rich and the poor, basically its "inclusiveness" is one distinctive thing about Bitcoin that also makes it attractive for investors. Too, when it comes to performance over time, Bitcoin beats real estate.

Both crypto and real estate investment are good forms of investment that can preserve the fiat against inflation. These two forms of investment is what I can recommend people to venture into. But then, the major difference between bitcoin and real estate is that; in real estate, you will need very good sum of money to start investment while in cryptocurrency as little as $100 or below you can start investing and have good returns. So it can be said that while real estate is for the rich bitcoin is both for the rich and for the poor.

Both types of investment give great returns while that of real estate may stay longer, that of cryptocurrency may happen within weeks or months of investment. While cryptocurrency is more risky because of its volatility, Real estate is not very risky type of investment.

To be honest, I prefer to invest first in real estate and after making some remarkable profits, then maybe diversifying with crypto investment is a perfect choice. Bitcoin investment has a higher risk compared to real estate, so the chance to lose more is high which means I have to invest only on the amount I can manage to lose.

This can be a good strategy especially if you have a bigger capital for investment. However, the opposite is what I will advise for those will smaller capitals, invest in Bitcoin first then expand in real estate once you earn a good enough profit. Despite the higher risk in Bitcoin investment, you wouldn't need that big of capital and it wouldn't take that long to see profit as long as you know the right decisions and time to make the investment, as for real estate you have to start with a big capital.

If you are on a forum that emphasizes Real Estate as an initial investment then surely Real Estate will be the first choice but when on bitcointalk from the name alone we know that the main choice is where.
Although there is nothing wrong with being in both but in this case it would be better to focus on one first if you do not have sufficient finances and the choice is definitely crypto specifically for bitcoin.

On the other hand, this discussion has also been in the economics section https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/real-estate-vs-cryptocurrencies-vs-business-5462387 and we have discussed things like this more than the number of fingers if it is counted so I think it would be better if you look for some similar threads first before you start posting.

I will definitely prioritize real estate over crypto investment. Simply because there is more secured and consistent profits we can gain from real estate than the high risk crypto investment. However, it’s not enough reason I would also ignore crypto particularly bitcoin investment. After all, any small amount is a good start to invest in crypto. And when I’m already in profits, then I can easily increase the size of my investment until I can definitely say that I’m also a big investor with bitcoin.

I prefer cryptocurrency to real estate because In my opinion Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies provide long-term security and higher earning possibilities. Unlike real estate which requires a substantial initial investment it is possible to get started with a smaller sum. As opposed to this some people find real estate to be less convenient because it requires complications like building and legal transactions. But tastes differ and depending on their personalities and circumstances people can favour cryptocurrency or real estate but both are good and have the potential to make huge profits according to Your interest.

Why don't you invest all the money back into buying Bitcoin when the bearish market come instead of buying Real estate that'll be too expensive and your little money won't give you more units to sell to make profits but when you invest all that money into buying Bitcoin, it'll give you a larger amount and increase the profits that you'll be making when you sell it during the bull market. There's a lot of profits that can be made from investing in Bitcoin.

Bitcoin is cheaper to buy and holds more potential than Real estate or other investment, bitcoin is easier to sell because you can transfer your coins to any exchange and exchange your Bitcoin for other cryptocurency or stablecoin instantly without waiting for a buyer.
