I belief the success of a project in time depends entirely on the team, how professionals they are and how determine they are will quickly make their project well noticed, for example binance came out of no where few years back and beat Bittrex and others as if they never existed, it's the determination of CZ (CEO of Binance) that makes the exchanges a top one today

It's true, CZ did the right strategy to be on top now, going back, there are also a lot of popular exchanges but when Binance came in to the picture, slowly they took the top spot and now they are the number 1 IMO. However, I would say they are lucky as well as no matter how good the project is, without luck, it will never be as successful as Binance.

The market is now too big and too fast to give projects more time than is already given.
Let me remind you that a lot of projects are also fraudulent or dead on delivery.
Trust in the project depends directly on the performance of the project itself - people pay money and want to see that it pays off.
Consider this the entry threshold for both projects and buyers.
For the creators , it is primarily a reference point for an adequate assessment of their strengths and capabilities, so as not to promise something that can not be fulfilled/can not be fulfilled in a short time.
For people, this is an indicator of the market in general, building some standards of trust for projects

a project is not going to develop rapidly in a short time, but I think we can see its development from month to month. in addition, projects that have the potential to have a lot of evidence about it, and each year always have good achievements. Well, people depend on projects like that.

I think this can be applied on every project, crypto-project or any other project! Everything takes time, to grow,
to get developed, to gain popularity. Every community needs time to stand on it's feet, projects has to be updated
constantly to remain on top.
Nothing comes over night, a lot of work and sacrifice is needed to rise something from bottom. People in crypto-
currencies abandon projects too fast, majority runs for profit and forget that for big profit we all need to be patient,
to promote projects how we can, to spread the word and to monitor the team behind, to give them a reason to work
harder for all of us.

It is also difficult to see a new project having confidence to carry on not to talk about the prospect of growth. Many of the projects that were completed two years ago are today dead or turn to scam. A coin such as the one you mentioned were developed during the time there are high motivation dev to give working products but today many project dev team keep on bringing projects that are not novel

People don't want to give projects some time to grow, they forget that coins like dash, litecoin, Xmr, Bitcoin etc have a rough start, I'm just saying crypto investment takes years, just because a project drop in value doesn't mean they won't grow better in future.
Projects don't just turn huge in a year, there will be lots of volatility and price loss, for long term hold be prepared, if you can't then go for top coins
I would add one detail to your statement - any business takes some time and financial ones are the hardest to get the success with.
Regarding what you said about people forgetting about rough start of currently big coins I want to add a small detail once again - people do forget about rough start of any coin and moreover people don't understand how many people there were back in the days who haven't invest in xmr, but have in some shitcoin(real shit coin which died like 5 years ago or whatever).
So there are plenty of examples how people lost money and haven't really invested in successful projects. Whole investment thing is partially about luck

As long as the goals and development of the project are clear, I don't think it will be a problem if it has to take a long time. Most important, all of them can be mutually committed from both the developer and the investor with the goals to be achieved (Road Map).
If you do not mind the time you will spend on a project, then that is a very extraordinary thing, because on average everyone does not want to spend too much time with a project, because time is a very valuable thing and cannot be again, and if I may know what if the time you spend is in vain? Are you also not going to be disappointed?

The new project needs time and supports from people who have an interest in the project. But unfortunately, there is many scam project that is trying to steal people's money. The real project will need a solid team to manage their project from every phase until they can achieve their goals. It will difficult to do that in the hard competitions to become a good crypto project, but if the project has a good people who want to get success together, the project will have their time to get success in the future.

What about those projects which got listed then trade a few days and the price becomes worthless with the team doing nothing to assure the community all will be well, or continuing their development to attract more users, in this case who is to blame? I have seen a project which raised a good amount of money got listed on exchange, couldn't trade up to a month and the price went really down, after a while the team layed off their staffs with the reason that, there is no more money; what happened to the money generated? These are cases we meet every now and then, thus when people make certain decisions about their crypto investments in most projects, they are not to be blamed.
On the other hand, if one comes across a good project doing all it can to grow, their community will know and support them, there are also many projects like that today.

Agree, it takes time for a project to be known to investors and have products that can be used. Cryptocurrency is a new market and needs time to develop and I think if we invest in the right project, we will get a big profit.

It's different now.
Bitcoin started with nothing.
This new altcoins or ICO created coins have a good background already since there is a root for everything.
It should be easier to make it valuable by making efforts to market it. Also, an honest goal should be there.

But look at what we are experiencing, full of scams which makes the investors go away.
So, everything should be done in fast pace by now and not letting investors walk away in a little amount of time.
The competition is too high to make it longer, soon they will switch to something else.

There will be challenges, there will be delays but if a project is not good enough there won't be any difference after past years, it will be all in vain for the waiting period, only wait for projects that have great potential and you won't regret

People who want to get rich fast on crypto market actually he/she have gambler mentality. usually, they heard about someone who success turn little amount of money into millionaire just for holding coin. To be honest, crypto industry isn't for them because its take long study to learn it, better if they try to build start-up company or business.

Projects have given time to themselves. And if they don't follow the roadmap correctly, I think those are bad and bad projects. I have seen a lot of projects that are behind schedule and until the end they became scams
Sometimes the delay of the execution of their project is reasonable especially if real crisis happen or if they failed in the beginning. I know they should strictly follow the roadmap but sometimes they also some reason that we should consider but it's really affected on how investors will see their project.
Time is very important as well as patience. In the other hand, if they take a lot of time to improve their project they must at least report to their investors the process and give them real updates.

Its always going to need time but while trading is going on, you may wanna try trading because tokens need to be in the rightful owner who really believes in the project. If you see the project does have good volume, it would mean the project does have good community support that you might consider holding for a long time.

My own part of the story is crypto success takes dedication and hard work of the team, not time, a useless project won't do anything in time but lost in time, real use cases are what makes crypto project worth investing on
