Hmm.. I wouldn't assume that the bottom in the current market conditions. I expect a much brutal reaction for when we reach the actual bottom. Especially institutional investors won't let you buy the bottom for too long and we stayed quite some time around the 3k level.
I don’t think we should be talking about bottom again, because that era has long gone, the bottom has already come and many people have seized the opportunity to invest in bottom which bottom price is now over and cannot be seen again till Bitcoin reaches its ATH.

If there is anything we are talking about now, I think we are now talking about how the market can leave the present semi bull trend to the fully developed and matured trend, which we need large institutional investors now to really come in and make investment, but for them to invest, we need to get something that will get their attention.

^^. Lol, Why you need to see that price to believed that crypto winter is over? You mean you want the price to suddenly grow into another bubble again? For me, it looks like the market has recovered already and possible that we are now in the bullish zone already.

Money is flowing in. It looks like we've found the bottom. Is crypto winter over?

I want to believe that it is true but  the increase is not enough.  I want to see btc back to 12k or even 15k to make me put my skepticism out of my body. It's also hard to accept when everytime btc stop after rising, a FUD will come as always telling that it will go down quick.

I would be very suspicious of the 50/200EMA cross (I prefer to use EMA over MA); historically, the golden cross has been followed up with a dump though past performance doesn't always guarantee future performance. RSI's also beginning to creep up into the 70s again, though BTC has stayed in 'overbought' territory for extended periods of time in the past. Not looking too shabby right now otherwise, though, we're holding in the upper 5300s and we may have a run at 5400/5500 soon so as long as we don't break down.

Majority of the speculators and cryptocurrencies analyst are saying the winter is over and we strongly believe that with the present market conditions and the recent gains the bearish trend has ended and bullish trend is about to commence.  We have been following this market for long and it is very clear that bitcoin is going to gain more this year and by next year we may experience a full brow bull run that might set bitcoin on another high.

Indeed, the market tried to show off a better market breakthrough but I think it would take longer times in order to hit the good corrections. Expected bull run cannot be certain for the main time, but as we all followed the market we still have hope despite of the struggling market changes. Hopefully the market gains will become successive and bearish market will be suppressed.

Winter is indeed over but the arrival of spring does not promise that bullish will occur because the market still needs a large enough volume to be said to be a reversal of the current trend. All believe bitcoin will grow but at least we have to restore bitcoin to get back to its highest point.

I would say this is a critical week for Bitcoin and what happens this week we should know whether we will have a bullish or bearish spring.

We are very close to retesting the $5500 which was massively rejected last week. Depending what happens with price at this area, we can determine if we will go down and retest the $4700 or $4200 or break and head to the $5750 which was the low of 2018 in the Summer.

We also got that golden MA cross and the issue with these crosses is that usually they are lagging indicators and usually are traps.

Volume has increased drastically in last few weeks. We have touched the levels of 2017 peak days. Also, the searches about bitcoin on Google has reached to record high. That definitely is a positive scenario but not extra bullish. We still need more volume. Bitcoin is finding it hard to cross $5400. This shows that bears are still strong enough. But definitely a good beginning after such a long bearish phase.

Indeed now we have a grow for bitcoin, now over 5200$, but i think is possible to grow little by little and just wait more time and get more bitcoins if possible and why not wait for a new ATH.

Hold your horses. Don't be so sure just yet. The market can make a fool out of us if we get too excited. I'd really like to think that it's all over now and we can relax and watch our btcs grow slowly. The only problem is that the market has given me false hopes quite a number of times before. But it seems we're settling i this new support line which is 5k and it's a good sign.
How much more do you want to see it's price pumping?
For me I am already contented and happy with what I am seeing and I can easily sell now and just enjoy some profit of the BTC I accumulated when it dip.

My target is high but this year if we will not end up higher than the ATH, I would be very appreciative as long as we have the improvement.

Winter has come 'for Bitcoin (BTC) and the broader cryptocurrency market, but any hopes for a bull run in the immediate future might still be' A Dream of Spring. 'The reality is that crypto needs real adoption and use cases. Until we have that we're not going to have another bubble. The speculative mania is over. People want real numbers and usage and transaction volumes, Obsolutely ......

The growth of bitcoin in this quarter is still slow and there is still no significant rise on its price. The ice is not yet completely thawed for the bitcoin and it need more time to melt before warming up. The price of the leading cryptocurrency rose modestly in the past few days but only to decline again in the next day. The next quarter might be better if there are positive developments that will stimulate the price of the bitcoin to go up.
I think in the next year I am sure what you hope for can be achieved because in Bitcoin I see rumors that there will be halving so that from last year I observed when halving day like that would make the price of bitcoin very expensive and would affect all prices cryptocurrency.

That is not a rumor, block halving always occur every 4 years. However, halving is not the solution overnight, that is if you think that the price will go on a bull-run. The last halving effect was like 4-5 months. We never felt the instant effect, so you have to remember that. And we are still more than 1 year from that event, many things can happen, so let's just wait for it and let's work our ass off to make money out of this bear market and we will get to the bitcoin block halving and it effect eventually.

I agree. The last halving too quite a while to affect the price positively and that was at a time when bitcoin was not yet as well known as today. This time may not have the same effect as everyone is expecting much like last year when everybody was expecting a strong finishing run in the last quarter. Obviously at the moment we're still in the same lazy trend.

We are still a long way from the halving but we can start to see its affects, people have been calculating the costs of mining right now and see the difference between now and what would happen after the halving and realize the cost will get a lot more which should technically make the price of bitcoin go up.

Of course that would be the best option, the cost of creating a new bitcoin making bitcoin price higher is the dream we all have but lets not forget that big miners could mine for a loss a lot longer than small ones which would make the small miners stop mining and drop the difficulty which would make the big miners start making more money thanks to that. We are hoping for a better future but in order for that to happen we need to find a way to decentralize miners as well.

thats good if the halving can really boost the price of crypto's but that will take too long because we are still on the begining of 2019   . i think there will still be a good happenings that may arrive on the second quarter of this year because if you can notice the price is now becoming stable and it sometimes increase a little  .
