Hiya - we have been helping Veronika at Casino.guru with this query over the past week.

The casino software provider we use has 50+ casino operators.
The player in question has created multiple accounts across those platforms (over the years) and confirmed he has a gambling addiction problem.
He requested self-exclusion from all those sites. When he created his CryptoCasino account, he did not enter all his personal details initially as players do not need to do so.

It must be related to the minimum deposit requirement to get the bonus which is 10EUR or equivalent in other currencies as what can be read in the bonus terms.
