Todays charts didn't show any improvement. See the predictions of you are correct. Although I see that Monero is not doing bad this week.

Bitcoin is the big player. Most likely, anytime it is going down, altcoins too starts sliding but I have also noticed that the altcoins don't also appreciate rapidly the bitcoin do.

Fuds are the main reason why people got panic, which resulted into a worsen situation a massive dumping of bitcoin's has triggered most of the big investors to get out while they can, because these financial institutions how to play the game,CME and Wallstreet knows how the market would collapse by spreading FUDs to make the people panic as well as these whales arent exempted by this manipulations.

The cryptocoin prices MOVE simultaneously up and down, because they are not tied to real economical conditions, but just measure the general "trust" in bitcoin and altcoins.
So, when there is a general enthusiasm, as in december, all coins went up; now there is a strong campaign against bitcoin, and all coins are going down.

Bitcoin prices do affect the rest of the crypto values. There are outlying factors outside the purview of market predictions, though most do agree on the volatility of crypto values. Through the see-saw of hope and uncertainty, people have not lost faith in the coin, and understood to a large extent the various reasons for the dips, be it China, India, facebook, banks, media hype backed by major corporations, or otherwise.

I think that this fall is not yet final, the market is still falling on several positions down. So I predict for myself that prices will be inflated at least at the end of February (and this will be at best). So be patient and keep your emotions under control.
hopefully it's really happening, because we are all very missed with market rises like last December. probably the best thing to do now is hold.

I am more and more convinced now that the markets are 100% manipulated by large groups of killer whales who meet up in secret rooms, even SUPPOMAN himself said he is in whale groups and they move these markets as they like. There are now tons of Youtube crypto whales like SUPPOMAN who probably invest in coins and tokens really early then they tell their followers go check out this coin it's good, then they have plenty of peeps who buy these coins, to slowly dump on them over time and make a killing. For example I went and bought the Teeki newsletter thing and every time he says to go get a coin by the time I try to buy it the coin has gone up around 40-80% so then it's always too late for me to buy in lol. Same with most of these Youtubers as well, unless you are told to maybe buy in ICOS stage, but even then a few of their calls have flopped, so still you need to do your own due diligence, but yes over all the markets are 100% manipulated, hence you see everyone going into Tether all at the same time, while the rest of us know about it when it's too late.

Yes, it's true that cryptocurrencies have the tendency to drop simultaneously, and this is apparently illogical: if something goes up, something else should go down.
But the cryptomarket is largely hypothetical and depends from the general trust in crypto as system, and the bitcoin price heavily affects the value of all other currencies.
In these days the cryptoworld is under attack, but there are good chance that in short time it will recover the previous positions.
And more.

I think is more of a change in the fiscal year. I mean even in the stock markets all of their stocks plummeted down. Most analysts will say this is just temporary and it will pick up as the quarter rolls in thus stabilizing the market. Also, with the India thing, you can say that we will see a steady increase by the second quarter. Most analysts say that crypto currencies are dying but let's see. I mean sinxe the goal is for the crypto currency yo be known and used world wide then it will pick up

It's a normal situation that all cryptocurrencies go down simultaneously, because they behave like one entity ( which encompasses the majority of these coins ) , this crypto entity is closely depending on bitcoin fluctuation ( directly proportional to its price ) & as you know BTC is suffering  from several congestions : FUD, whales...etc that affect it negatively .

Yeah the crash is still happening. Some people claim it's because of the FUD news from India.

Either way, I think we'll see some stabilization after February ends.

Wow...your think this is going to continue all through February? If that's the case, we will see btc down below $5k and ethereum under $500. That was absolutely suck. I mean I enjoy discounts, but we would all get slaughtered in the process.

We wont get slaughtered if we all do the following:
Stay calm
Avail of the expanding discounts
Hodl for the upturn.
These downward trends in crypto have happened before and will happen again.
I have seen this simultaneous price movement before, very curious.

Pretty much all altcoins do not have a fiat pair (altcoin/USD). So what happens when the market turns red and people want to get into fiat to sit it out: they'll have to sell their alts for BTC in order to get the fiat. So when BTC/USD goes down, altcoins/BTC goes down and the dollar value of your altcoins will drop more than the dollar value of BTC.

This works in reverse too, when BTC/USD goes up steadily altcoins/BTC will go up and the dollar value of your altcoins will rise more than the dollar value of BTC.
The fact that the major volume goes to the tether pair which already faced the issue with its reserved funds. Real usd pair doesn't give any impact to the market. A lot of volume in the USDT pair makes everyone feels panic if the audit will prove if tether company just try to make a bullshit reserve fund to backed tether.

News from Korea, China and India lead to the encroachment of the value of the crypto currency. I think you should not panic. The currency should grow within one to two months

I agree with you that the cryptocurrency coins are getting dropped and dropped as time goes by and a lot of people have been worried about it. While the price of the cryptocurrency coins are getting dropped I think we have to use this time to buy a lot of coins and for us to hold it and when the time comes that cryptocurrencies value will rise again it we will have a good price again. But the best thing to do as of now is to hold your coins and have a faith and believe that cryptocurrencies will rise again for the following weeks to come.

I am also very upset about the current situation on the market . But most importantly I believe , if not to sell less in the future it will grow up and I sell to good plus . The main thing is patience ! You want it

sorry i'm not a master crypto, but i want to answer.
I think poloniex often incorporates new coin-coin to market, but if the coin market does not meet the desired number then coin-coin will be kicked out market. after being kicked out automatically the coin-coin price drops because of the large number of people who sell the coin (because the coin will be kicked out and there is no market to sell coin-coin).
