very popular, especially bitcoin (BTC), 30-40% of people in the world have at least heard of bitcoin, the role of social media is very large in promoting crypto currencies, plus electronic media such as television, online news sites, crypto forums, and etc.
Cryptocurrency around the globe's popularity for me is around 70% which I devided it in to 2 types of people who are not aware and aware of using it. In 70% people who really know how to helpful is Cryptocurrency is around 50% including those investors and Bounty hunters and 20% for those who also knows Cryptocurrency but still not decided to be part of it because they are still afraid to take the risk of getting lose of investments.
If we have good education, then we can see the progress and development of cryptocurrencies. I learned bitcoin through myself only so I am sure that people will not easily adopt it if they are not aware to it. The mass adoption will not easily happen if they do not fully understand how bitcoin works.
I strongly disagree with this. The vast majority don't understand how computer works and yet billions of people are using it. Same goes for smartphones, pharmaceutical drugs etc. It doesn't matter for most people how it works as long as it works for them. People usually rely on the opinions of those they trust, especially in matters they don't understand themselves. If more respected members of the society were vouching for Bitcoin, more people would adopt/use it.

Bitcoin is being said in sitcoms and tv series, so I think most people have heard it once. We can say that cryptocurrency is getting recognized globally. But we still need more effort to convert those who are just aware of its existence into users of bitcoin or other cryptocurrency.
Yes, most people have heard about Bitcoin, but much less than 1% of them have used it so far. I would compare this situation to that of Lamborghini: Most people have heard about it, but very few were riding in it at least once. The difference is that everyone can buy $5 worth of BTC and become the elite right away
, while you have zero chances of riding in lambo having only five bucks in your pocket.

I am agree, if crypto project touch people daily need, i think popularity cryptocurrency will increase all around the world. Cryptocurrencies take time for development. It may bothers everyone once it will be spread out. Maybe, it will bring good or bad effect to the community. And it is good for the pioneer of cryptocurrency because they are already in the industry. They just need to wait for a hype so that, they can be profitable. If we expose cryptocurrency to the world, there is a great opportunity for the traders and developers to make more money.

I think not more than 20% people in the world knowing about cryptocurrency. If they know about cryptocurrency, they always have negative thinking first and they call cryptomarket is a ponzi scheme. Peoples have negative thinking about bitcoin and crypto because many media spread negative and fake news. Maybe in near future peoples perspective will change

Cryptocurrency popularity has increased in the last one year, but there are still many places it is yet to cover around the globe. To me, only about 2% of the world may have been aware of it and actively involved too. Oh, no, here you are mistaken. The number of people over the globe who know about the cryptocurrencies is more than 15%. Asians (Japanese, Chinese) have the best knowledge about the crypro (up to 85% are aware of it).
