The main problem is that people just waiting and doing nothing but crying about red market or theoretical bullrun.

You are absolutely right, many people are waiting for a miracle in the market, but do not do anything, bought coins for themselves and want them to immediately begin to show strong growth
indeed, since the bearish situation has made crypto's capitalization decrease, this may be because many investors are only waiting for market recovery and bullrun without doing anything, if investors return to invest, the crypto capitalization will automatically increase

Dont depend too much with the growth of the market through market cap.
AFAIK, OTC trades arent tracked so they dont add to it because most of those transactions arent broadcasted. If Im wrong on this one feel free to correct me.

Crypto is a speculative market and the total market depends on how much coins  are investors willing to buy
or sell . This market is unpredictable and can be manipulated as it is still a small market. Prices does not always
represent the value and it can happen that many good things happen in crypto world but it is not validated
on the market properly, but the opposite can happen as well when we have an overrated market during a hype ( bubble ).

when institutional investors enter the market we will see more cryptocurrency market capitalization. Bitcoin prices is directly proportional to market cap

Well, it will happen soon social sieve advanced product. Everyone will start using coins. Then these coins will turn into money. This is how it is. And when the corporate giants get there, the bitcoin price will be $ 100,000
If at least half of all promising projects start working at least for minimal Nex forces, this will definitely attract users of the products provided by these companies. And this suggests the infusion of new funds into the cryptocurrency market, which will increase the capitalization of the cryptocurrency market.

Market capitalization is not just about the volume, its also about the price you put on coins. Which means you could have billions of dollars trading everyday and still have low market cap versus have just couple million trading everyday but have higher marketcap.

We could reach to 30 thousand dollars per bitcoin and all altcoins could go up and after prices are there the sellers and buyers could go away, that means if there are not enough sellers than price can't go down, in order for price to go down there needs to be sellers but if volume goes down who is going to sell their coins? No one, that is why the volume is not the important part, the price is what decides the market cap.

We had a year where even volume went down but now we are seeing that volume go up, the important thing is will we see price increase as well?

It is estimated that that the Cryptocurrency market capitalization went down to $200 billion from $800 billion that it was as at January 2018.
I believed it was due to the bearish market .
What I do not understand is while there is continuous growth of Cryptocurrency, people are picking interest and coming into the cryptosphere and yet the market capitalization is still not moving upwards.
What could be the challenge here?

I am agree that many challenge to recover market cap value to peak again. Many people think its because the buble already burst but i dont believe this. I think the important thing to recover market cap value to peak is regain investor trust

The price of the coins is based on speculation and belief. Price does not reflect all the actions on the market immediately, it depends on the market cycle and situation on the market.
The same position on many products and active. If there is huge competition in the market, then the price can be very low, this is all very logical.

Cryptocurrency is a digital currency created and managed using advanced encryption techniques in the form of secret code codes called cryptography. This concept was developed as an exchange of information and online finance. The use of code claims to make currency crytocurrency that cannot be falsified due to sophisticated security codes.
The development of cryptocurrency began with academic concepts and then as time emerged Bitcoin, one of the digital currencies in 2009. Bitcoin's growth attracted attention year after year and in April 2013 it peaked at a record $ 266 per bitcoin.

Look at the price of that coin compared to January 2019. Most of its price has been divided more than 10 times (except BTC only divided 5 times). The total market capitalization decreased nearly 6 times, showing us that.

Those who understand that all this capitalization is actually just air, they all already know that these are empty numbers that can change very quickly as soon as the situation with cryptocurrencies changes.
They learned enough and can play smarter than anyone around, those who knows how to take advantage of this report can act accordingly, market capitalization is just another stats where traders and investors basing their decisions, so for those who have a much better knowledge they will use this
venue to check what can be the next anticipating movement.

behind the good news there is also bad news. As you can see, our market now has a lot of altcoin that grows very well but on the other hand, there are also many altcoins that lose value from 50-70% daily. That is also why our capitalization has not increased strongly in the past.

Market capitalization reduction was due to so many factors. Imagine the market cap that we had in late 2017, compared to what is available at the moment. A lot of people got FOMOed in 2017 and that tend has now reduced. So people are being careful of being victims of that now and that has contributed into lesser investment and consciousness of price, which invariably translates to low market cap.

At the moment, market capitalization, in my opinion, is not quite correct, there are a lot of trading volumes at the  exchanges, which was made by bots, which is certainly not very good.
Just try to take exrates as the best example of how bad the manipulation that already happened in some exchange sites. The bot was manipulating the buy and sell order and that was creating such an unhealthy atmosphere around the exchange site itself.
not only bot that manipulated daily volume trading.some exchanges did it too in order to attract new user that will used  their services.if they get much user they will able to generate profits from its fee.and this is be their reason.

It is manipulated. Shhhh, don't tell them i u told you. Kidding aside, it looks like the market would stay stagnated for a long time. Whatever ever is responsible for the stagnation is certainly unnatural and it is alive
