Some years back when I heard about cryptocurrency from a friend, at that time I didn't bothered to ask him what it was all about and how it works. I was having the feelings that cryptocurrency was like a ponzi scheme that could crash at any time. I never knew cryptocurrency is the future currency. Many who were into cryptocurrency are now expert in the crypto world and living large. Today am so glad to be in this forum to learn and get more knowledge about cryptocurrency.
I think not all in the cryptocurrency are already successful some lost everything because they make a bad investment, cryptocurrency is volatile so the price changes every second minute when you lease expected, some are Ponzi like in 2017 there are lots of it that time, but same as today you just need to make sure you are investing on those tokens that have a use case and are already in the industry for a long time now and they are doing good, or in a new investment that is really trusted which is very hard to spot this time.

The fact that you use "cryptocurrency" as a term for something that wouldn't crash, you are going to be in trouble in the future. Cryptocurrencies are an umbrella term for various different projects that vary in quality a LOT. And even most established cryptocurrencies are going to "crash" eventually, like they have done many times. What you are experiencing now is called bull market, and it doesn't last. It will eventually change to Bear market and then it will be a real possibility that most of your cryptos will lose -70% to -90% of their value, or more.

After this comes to bull market of course, but when you wait that for several years with coins that seem dead, most of us give up. Especially when people have real world expenses to pay.

It good you did not simply look back with regret, but recognized that you are now in the forum and have picked interest in Bitcoin. Most people who I've talked to who discussed Bitcoin from ten years ago usually regretted not having bought or to have sold too early, like they have already missed the plane ticket, when that's not the case.

It's still very early in Bitcoin adoption and when we look back ten years in reference to the price, we should also try looking forward ten years from now and what possibilities exist, if you can't do that, then the person would have never benefited from Bitcoin at all no matter how early they knew.

Actually, it wasn't only you that have thought of it.

With those people that I've talked to before when I was still new to bitcoin. They all have the same impression that bitcoin is like a ponzi because those times were the time when there were a lot of ponzis on the web.

But bitcoin and other legitimate cryptos proved that thought to be wrong.

It's basically not just about 'living large' with Bitcoin, it's about an alternative to a traditional financial system that's somewhat in a crisis with inflation and devaluation causing loss of value for Fiat currencies, I'd say quite a lot of individuals and even the institutional investors became interested in the network cause of this, Bitcoin of course has varieties of uses, all of which are somewhat acceptable so long as it doesn't involve crime, but if a newcomer just wants to 'live large' of Bitcoin, there'll be mistakes they'll make, that they ought to not have if they were first and foremost interested in garnering knowledge.

Having said that, Bitcoin is divided into a lot of areas, so it's safer not to give anyone the title of an 'expert', and mind you that most people who present themselves as 'experts' with one crypto signal or advice or the other are more often than not the scammers.

We all have been through that phase where we have not predicted that crypto market will reach $2.5 trillion market cap and bitcoin alone would contribute half $1t trillion for it.I was in school when there was business related subject and in that chapter there was one point of "Early Mover Advantage" and according to that point whosoever took the opportunity for future will gain profits in the long run.It was local companies who manage to cope up with MNC's are now having good share in market profits.Same applies to the Bitcoin as early investors who are still holding are really enjoying good time. You just need to take advantage of the opportunity to guarantee your future success.

But on the other side if we say that investors are crypto expert then it's wrong judgement because they have no knowledge of technical working of these decentalized currencies and just know how to make transaction but ignores other main points like Master key and child key derivations,UTXO set, locking and unlocking script and some other which are building block of Bitcoin network.

I'm amazed when I see some users and feel 5hey know too much and surprisingly, you will come to understand that, they are just at the tip of 5he iceberg and as such, they still have a lot to learn and I begin to question how I'm doing.

Cryptocurrency is the new world order and with time, its going to shape the world I ways never thought of by all of us especially those who don't believe in it yet. Those of us who have been a fan of it are those who would enjoy the most.

Pretty much the same mistake most Bitcoin/crypto critics are notorious for doing— making conclusions a bit too quickly without even doing enough research to know what they're actually criticizing in the first place.

Although it's all about money, Bitcoin is more than just someone buying or otherwise taking possession of a certain amount of coins, and then profiting from it. The real value that Bitcoin has is that you can receive or send a certain value at any time of the day or night 365 days a year, without asking for anyone's permission, and without anyone else knowing about it other than those directly involved in the transaction.

Just take a look at the early bitcoin faucets for example. Gavin Andresen's faucet handed out 5 bitcoins per visit. Those 5 bitcoins alone would today be enough to solve the financial difficulties of most people for many years ahead. And you could have been persuaded by a friend to try and claim it.

Not only faucets like the one that became most famous, but also about mining in the early years when it could be done with a regular home computer - and only one block guaranteed as much as 50 BTC in the first 4 years before halving. There is no doubt that those who knew and believed from the beginning were rewarded for it, but everyone has the opportunity to be a part of this story at all times - of course if they don’t look at the whole thing just from a profit perspective.

I wouldn't call them experts. Some people had the foresight and belief that crypto might one day explode and reach the heights that we see today, but others were just lucky to be at the right place on the right time. Just take a look at the early bitcoin faucets for example. Gavin Andresen's faucet handed out 5 bitcoins per visit.
