We are not currently selling BTC as our legal counsel has advised that we hold off (and possibly close) due to the general consensus at the Bitcoin Conference that simply registering as an MSB with FinCEN is not enough to operate legally. State licensing for money transmitters is prohibitively expensive for most small businesses like ours, so it's looking like only the largest, most well-funded companies who can afford state licensure will be able to continue selling.
We're going to take about a month to look into individual state laws, but at this point, operations for CryptoCurrent are on hold indefinitely.

So this is another company that ceased selling Bitcoin because our US lawmakers can't make up their mind about how to make up proper laws?
Hey, there certainly are tons of people that get away with killing people each year, even burning down houses....and they don't get caught. Why not just stay in business and keep floating around so you can't be found? If a murderer and arsonist can do it, I'm sure you guys can do it to.
