You're talking about roulettecoin, right? Seems like it doesn't have that much volume, my personal opinion is that it wouldn't be a good idea to add such a coin to CG.
While I would always welcome a new coin, I don't think they need to add another one just yet since they've just added GAS.

But like I said, this is just my opinion and I can't speak for the admins/owners.
