From my calculation, the house edge is now at 2% which is double of your competitors. You should lower it, or you will only be able to get very few users.

The typical/fair/clear way to handle this would be: if he bet in one bet 4 BTC and he lost, you get 1 BTC.
If he wins and get to 8 BTC, not your (as affiliate problem).
Also so if he starts with 1 BTC, bets 1 BTC and wins, then bets the 2 BTC and wins and bets the 4 BTC and he loses, you get 1 BTC and the house actually gets nothing.
