The typical/fair/clear way to handle this would be: if he bet in one bet 4 BTC and he lost, you get 1 BTC.
If he wins and get to 8 BTC, not your (as affiliate problem).

Also so if he starts with 1 BTC, bets 1 BTC and wins, then bets the 2 BTC and wins and bets the 4 BTC and he loses, you get 1 BTC and the house actually gets nothing.

I like it, the UI could defo use some upgrading but it works smoothly which is most important. If you're thinking of adding new coins, I say go with Clams, there's already lot of hype about it and it will help you get new players to your site. Apart from that a small chat on the site would really look cool.
