I was thinking if I had to post this. But no reaction on my question since Friday 15 December and no XRP since 6 days did my decide to post this.
I think cryptonator scammed me cause I still have no access to my purchased XRP at litebit.eu. I purchased ripples at litebit.eu and sent them to my ripple deposit address mentioned in my cryptonator account. But they never appear.
14 December : I send 20 ripple to activate my ripple address which is needed to have an active account.
15 December: I bought around 12 o’clock in the morning 754.xx XRP at litebit.eu and sent them to my ripple address.
15 December: Because I did not receive the XRP in the evening I send an email and asked about the 20 XRP and the 754 XRP I bought. I get almost immediate answer but only at my 20 XRP question. They said “ The Ripple network requires 20 XRP to be on any active address hold as a reserve
https://ripple.com/build/reserves/ . This amount does not go anywhere and permanently deposited on your address so it remains active, it is not reflected on your Cryptonator balance. Basically this is just a one-time payment for creating an active Ripple address. “ *the Ripple block explorer do count the 20 to my balance, so why they say its a payment??*
16 December: Still no purchased Ripple and still no answer on the question why the XRP still not in my account. So I send a reply on the answer of yesterday. Till now NO ANSWER.
19 December: I thought, they won’t answer my question anymore so I send a new mail to the support.

It is 48 hours after my second mail and 6 days after my first mail. No Ripples and no answer on my question.
