What happens if the card is charged and the balance on the card is 0 or less than the charge? Would my account go into negative balance, or would it be blocked? I currently have a card want want to use it to keep a spending budget, but being able to go over kinda ruins the whole point. Would it be blocked in both POS and online? (or neither)

Cryptopay card is a prepaid debit card so you can only use the funds that you have loaded on it. You won't be able to make a payment if you don't have enough balance on your card.
