Sometime telling people about this rule is not too effective, so better to report it to moderator instead. One more thing, since it is not allowed, but you help him to spread the ref link by quoting it on your post. Suggestion, once you found referral spam like the one you have just replied, dont quote it or snip it if you want to quote it (at least remove the link). Reported the ref link posts to mod from my end.
I always do the same since telling people about those things will not give any doubt for people doing that since they will just ignore any advice since they think that its a public forum and anyone can post their own opinions and advertisement, so report to moderator is a must so that the correct authority will handle those things.

It is better to gather reviews from different users for the casinos that are in your site. I have seen some same site and they never gave their own review instead they only base on different user's reviews as their basis in having reviews. I wonder if the user reviews are counted wisely and it can't be abused or send review repeatedly by same user.
thank you for your comment. we are very careful when choosing user reviews , we accept objective reviews. If the same person makes 2 comments, we can prevent this with factors such as ip and e-mail (Review 1 is deleted). better improvements may come in the future
