"Old complaints from 1xbit"? Yeah man, you have got to be super trusted... I was about to write a long response here but then again, why would I? You can't be serious anyway and your site should simply be avoided by anyone looking for useful advice. Good luck but be told that you won't succeed long-term with such an attitude.

What kind of innovations would you like to see on our website? How can we improve our website and mobile app?
I haven't tried out the app yet but from the website I do not like the layout and the flashy banners all over. It looks like a paid spot website where all the space is been paid by sponsors and I cannot even properly read about bonuses either.The user ratings you have on your website also needs to be worked upon because a competitor can easily make fake account and destroy the reputation of the casino and while I am not saying that having bad reviews on your website will bring a very bad image because it is not significant but being the owner of the website it is your responsibility to make sure there is no possible way for anyone to harm another casino's reputation without a proper reason and proofs.
I think banners attracts attention, looks beautiful. we need to receive ads because for us to constantly update our website and make giveaways on twitter. we are constantly doing some good updates. + we check all reviews , ip etc. we have fake account security

interesting for possible readers that would visit in the site.It pokes up interest and hence, it does have that feature where you can claim out bonus on specific casino which is great for those bonus lovers.

The site look very much messed up with too many images in too little space. Although some people may like it but I prefer a cleaner site so we can get information more easily.
You don't need to remove ads because you get revenue from them but place them on right corner.
I agree with this, the overall look of the website is fine however the top part of it is cluttered not only with too many images but also with too much movement, it is kind of difficult to try to concentrate on one part of the site when two or three other things are happening at the same time, but other than that the site is fine and it can be valuable for those that are looking for another site to gamble and the do not know where to begin their search.You don't need to remove ads because you get revenue from them but place them on right corner.

Can you work on the graphics. I'm viewing the mobile version of the site and the hueness of the background graphics makes the words look some how. The wording in the about section need to be work on.
