How about adding a list of scam casinos that are still operating so you can help the newbie to avoid using those casinos as they will only lost their money if they do so.

And also if possible it will be good if you can add also a page where you are going to put those casinos that are currently facing a scam accusations from their users and you can just remove them in your list if they do something to fix the accusations that were thrown to them but if they ignore those accusations then you can just move them to your scam casino page.
