Does anyone know if this works? I don't know about giving out the password at freshdesk like that. Did anyone get their old account back and still have all the coins they had previously?

Their website is pysically down for 24 hours now (at least, for me), i wouldn't bet on getting listed... It doesn't feel nice to lose your coins
