No you don't have to reapply as long as we find you followed the rules, your are fine to continue onto next month.

When I review the posts and process the payouts, I will re-enroll all those who are qualified. You can then check on the spreadsheet.

I also found this name used to apply another sign campaign but with different bitcointalk username.

The campaign runner might have missed you or noticed something we allow him to make the choice. So we can only wait till he replies about why you havent or have yet to be added.
