after you went to support for help, what did they tell you?

OK. I try send message to support but webiste is bugging. I can't press the send. I try on chrome, brave and opera. You are pathetic haha

You need to contact online support on the website or fill out a feedback form http://occwallet.com/contacts/

they will help you to make the settings correctly and the wallet will work

Downloaded from https://occwallet.com/ a few days ago and left it overnight to sync and in morning still no connection. Tried to VPN to a few countries in case and same thing. I'll contact support then
