After  long autobiography of cryptsy.
I found cryptsy user doing like this  Shocked

https://youtu.be/YersIyzsOpc

When they seen Vernon statement

Quote
Some may ask why we didn’t report this to the authorities when this occurred, and the answer is that we just didn’t know what happened, didn’t want to cause panic, and were unsure who exactly we should be contacting.   At one time we had a open communication with Secret Service Agent Shaun Bridges on an unrelated matter, but I think we all know what happened with him – so he was no longer somebody we could report this to.

FUD Philanthropist™
Hmmm i was calling Bullshit on thunderjet claims of him being on Cryptsy chat when it started way back here..
He said he was a regular etc and had already went on warning people like crazy on the Troll-Box..
Problem is i was on the Troll-Box 24/7 everyday and i don't recall seeing his name back then
or even hearing 1 other person accuse Cryptsy of anything really.
I got myself a ban many times as well as butting heads with all the staff countless times
far before Jim showed up with his pre-dissolved company "Support Shift"

So thunderjet i think you were bullshitting or exaggerating the timing of your initial claims etc.
I said that on this topic long ago when you started talking.
You FIRST showed here repeating what Gleb & Peonminer had already posted 50 times.

BUT since then i think you have done a great job job at doing wallet research.
So if you exaggerated your times in your stories etc that is not that big a deal i guess Wink
And i would bet when you re-posted old info from Gleb + Peon you simply did not see it posted first.
I think it was an honest mistake of sorts.

There has been some old critics of Cryptsy going back to the old days mid-2013 and i know WHO they are.
I was there CONSTANTLY so i know LOL
It's not hard to remember because there was only a couple of us.. most people sucked up to them hard.
My perspective was simply to keep their feet held to the fire.
This was not done to be mean but to simply hold them in the powerful position accountable.
But i can not do that on my own.. i requires the community at large to do that.
And the majority failed to do their job (Hold Cryptsy accountable)
Instead they played Fanboy and went on Cheerleading no matter what bad stunt Cryptsy pulled
..for MONEY $$$

I have never ever had a damn thing personal against Cryptsy
i just wanted them to be a stand up honest company and treat their users with respect.
(aside from Jim's big mouth i have an issue with him because he is disrespectful & mouthy)
I also seriously do not consider Jim staff at Cryptsy either..
He showed up way late to Crypto knew fuck all about it and marched around like king shit acting like an asshole.
For example i posted on this topic Cryptsy had Private Messaging on their chat before.
So Jim ran over and posted on THIS TOPIC that i was a liar and full of shit and it never happened.
WRONG.
I don't like being moderated by idiots who don't know shit all.
He has a huge attitude problem and i really don't like the guy.
Every other person at Cryptsy though.. it was nothing personal people.

Centralized exchanges run in a powerful position leaving the user vulnerable.
Leading up to the Fall of Cryptsy the users gave Vern the green light.. he knew he could get away with anything.
And most users would simply blow him and defend him on the web.
Had you all kept Cryptsy's feet to the fire it would have been far more difficult for him to pull scams.
When users get paranoid they would / should have pulled their funds out for example.
But what did we see as drama mounted ?
An ACTUAL INCREASE in user activity and the fanboy Cryptsy cheerleading mounted to a fever pitch.
Sorry Cryptsy users but YOU are as responsible for your money as Vern was / is.
You all created the situation that made it possible for him to rip you off.
No matter what happened you all simply sucked BigVern & Friends cock.
So he had to have known he could go GOX cry FUD and walk off easily..

And i got PM's from guys who started in crypto before me who STILL after all this hopes Cryptsy comes back.  Shocked
What does that tell ya guys ?

I basically quit Crypto for one reason.. majority control.
The majority is an idiot who wants profits & Lambo's off of any scam they can profit from.
THEY control the Crypto scene.
There for Crypto is no longer something i can be a part of.. recently donated the last of my coins.
It was not Mark & Vern that let me down

It was you people who supported them.

You guys better enjoy your chump change profits arb'ing a scam coin on Shitsy as it was obviously collapsing.
Is the chump change greedy profits worth the price we pay over all ?

Cryptsy has taught us that Polo / Trex etc are watching and they NOW KNOW
they too can pull a GOX any time they want.
Wait for it..

And get ready to line up to blame others for it all too of course.  Roll Eyes

I traced your links and found these things:

- 1ExR58McuA4samEcMRkeVtckhBmdGLWuGL has only one small deposit 0.002,probably just test deposit.

Wallet:   https://www.walletexplorer.com/wallet/0003080ee7d5edc3

has more than 11000 deposit addresses and hardly that someone with just one deposit is owner

- if you look at first - initial test deposits of wallet  0003080ee7d5edc3:

https://www.walletexplorer.com/wallet/0003080ee7d5edc3?page=376

you will see that first ones came from wallet:     https://www.walletexplorer.com/wallet/0c74feefb817ed28

which belongs to other gambling site Primedice.com

So there are defintely connection between owners of gambling sites Satoshi Dice and Prime Dice.

Money flows only in one direction - from Prime Dice to Satoshi Dice and that is a pretty good proof that these sites have same owner - that guy from Poland who owns Pico Stocks or he has some percent in Prime Dice.

This address you gave 1Q6pPRQ7fQMeTQzv2SzdXeYiT9S6UbWKpy:

https://www.walletexplorer.com/address/1Q6pPRQ7fQMeTQzv2SzdXeYiT9S6UbWKpy?page=2

has first input of 191 BTCs from Pico Stocks from mine previous post - so who ever posts that address on that hacker site was lying that is a gamble loss - it was initial deposit for opening this Satoshi Dice auxilliary wallet

Take a look at this: https://www.walletexplorer.com/wallet/996855790962dc33?page=2

Was/Is there a way to use SD to launder moneys, i.e., use one address for input, and receive output via another address?

No,SD(who is that?- Satoshi Dice owner?) cant launder money on that way - he just removes deposited BTCs to main address/hot wallet with fancy address 1dice - 1dice97ECuByXAvqXpaYzSaQuPVvrtmz6

https://oxt.me/address/1dice97ECuByXAvqXpaYzSaQuPVvrtmz6

If you want to look at money origin always looks at first deposits in the wallet, in this case it is transaction of 191 BTC initial deposit:

https://www.walletexplorer.com/txid/8516740c70218e153e4e7974af0bc966ab87392579a0afb3c9f684f0e855cc69

Addresses from this deposit came: 19t7RxwXdfiwQMyQ3JVB16e9HgV7omijSs  and 1FnqX51HcYrdjeFV4QqAz7bM2neWNR2Kxh are belonging to Pico Stocks com - that is money connection:

https://oxt.me/address/19t7RxwXdfiwQMyQ3JVB16e9HgV7omijSs

https://picostocks.com/

Pico Stocks owner is Leszek Rychlewski from Poznan - Poland and most likely owner of Satoshi Dice.com too:

http://picostocks.com.ipaddress.com/

SD = SatoshiDice

Yes, I'm aware of looking at the first transaction to an address. There was another post briefly up replying to your reply falsely assuming it was from earlier today in re. the 19t7... bitcoin wallet address (BWA), but I deleted it upon realizing my error (only second one this year  Roll Eyes): https://www.walletexplorer.com/txid/8516740c70218e153e4e7974af0bc966ab87392579a0afb3c9f684f0e855cc69

Here's how I stumbled upon 1Q6pPRQ7fQMeTQzv2SzdXeYiT9S6UbWKpy (working backwards unless I fuck up the timeline along the way).

Firstly (shit! or is lastly?), I had to register with http://hackforums.net/ to glean some info, namely http://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=5117211&pid=49214609#pid49214609

How I stumbled upon the above address:

https://twitter.com/OWSLEYBEATS/status/393447102245658625

It's already been established that Owsleybeats et al. is John Hammes aka BitJohn: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.13625173

https://www.walletexplorer.com/wallet/996855790962dc33?page=2

Unless I'm mistaken, Owsley (BitJohn) funded the wallet which a user on the hacker site has the private keys to the address of the person who lost 200 BTC on SatoshiDice.

Haha I think Im starting to agree the growth is only going to get crazier. We are adjusting our growth plan to say the least.
You will need staff (mostly moderators). Hopefully the support stays the same, nobody wants tickets that take days to get answered.
Vern own a help desk company as well they have joined the team to triage tickets etc. So 8 Help desk personnel now average response is 2.2 Hrs on a ticket of course some take longer but 2.2 is the average. Also added one moderator already and have a couple guys I'm contacting that I would like to join the team.

I really dont have alot of time for reading this thread and i apologize to those with inquiring minds for that.

Two things id like to clear up.

Me, my wife and a customer support team known as "Support Shift" were brought in to assist in Dec 2013
due to the fast growing user base after that WSJ article came out.

Me and my wife managed that business and it was a perfect ready made team of awesome agents.

Yes, me and Paul worked on afew projects over the years together but i had no idea what a bitcoin was
when we first came to Cryptsy and Bitjohn and others gave me a crash course.

Marshall.  ha  Bloated hot air balloon was how I visioned him right out of the gate.

He did replace our current CTO for a short time but it didnt take long for ppl to lose respect for him because
he would do things like post being co creator.  (100% bullshit)  This pissed off alot of employees who worked'
their ass off and knew better. He may have had some investment, but he wasnt the only one who invested abit im sure.
Marshal was more blow than go

If anyone was Co Creator it was Bitjohn. Not owner but hes been there helping Paul since it was first created.

Eventually Marshal was sent to pasture. Im not exactly sure why, but everyone was glad to see him go including me.

Currently:  I am still Customer Service Manager over the agents handling tickets, our PR guy (Horus), and some
of the verifications for upgrading Tier Levels.

I do not know whats happened. All i know is it all started going bad right after we added the new Tier Level systems for KYC
requirements and the major facelift and feature additions. So I can only "assume" that this is where the problem lies.
I do know this system is an extremely large, very complicated setup and when things go wrong it can prob be tough at times to
pinpoint where a problem lies.

I pass on info to users as I get it. Thats all I can do.

I have been informed that things should begin improving soon, what that entails or means is yet to be seen.

Knowing BigVern for many years, I can attest to the fact that whatever is wrong it is not something intentional or done maliciously by him.
Hes just not that type. He works hard, has a big heart and has always tried to make things right for users.
Im sure in the end this will be no different.

Greenlion was a volunteer mod he doesn't count probably. The layoffs were devs, netadmins and compliance there was a Tier II support employee in there in CS as well. So hes most likely referring to the Tier I CS agents.

Edit: Yes Jim did all the hiring. I was asked to bring him up to speed since the interface, and company was new to him and his team.

Edit 2: I was put on payroll when Jim came to the company for that reason. Yes I worked for Jim for some time.

Edit 3: Was going to quote gleb but its too long Ill just comment. Yes your timeline is pretty accurate 6-12 months not Leroy time. Ginny was not the first accountant. The first accountant left the company about 4-5 months ago. Bryant was the first CTO replaced by Marshall Long who also left a month or two ago. Supportshift was the company that came in and took over support and later just merged in. Yes myself Mullick, Horus and Pr9me were paid all at the same time when Jim was brought in though it was as contractors for the first check or two don't remember exactly. Jim did the hiring though a few folks were already doing most of the support so no he didn't hire them. They did all work for him.

Facts:

Jim Shockney was brought on in October 2013, with BitJohn mentioning the event in late November.
Jim Shockney mentions joining Cryptsy in December 2013, with his ready made team of support staff - Support Shift - owned by Paul Vernon.
Support Shift was dissolved in January 2013, ergo all staffing hands had no reasons to wait around for the company to PHOENIX.

They're really starting to panic now and make a lot of mistakes. Soon they'll be finished.

That means you better hurry and get that bounty bond thingy a rollin' so that you'll be well-funded to get the over ten million dollars worth of crypto back keeping a percentage of the loot to pay back the bonds with interests. If I were only 1% as smart as you I would be 1% smart.

This is an update to my other thread that you can find here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.13611990

I have talked to Big Vern directly on twitter and I have contacted cryptsy by their email and ticket support system.

Before I said I was looking to get 30% of the recovered funds as a bounty but now I have changed to a more fair 3/4 of profits. From bitcoin alone 13k btc was stolen and 10k belonged to customers so profit is 3k. 3/4 of 3k is 2,250 bitcoin so that would be my bounty from just bitcoin. This is a favorable deal for cryptsy because if I don't recover the coins they will have to file for bankruptcy and nobody will probably end up getting anything. With my 3/4 bounty Cryptsy is still left with 1/4 of the profits which they can use to continue working and making money.

By taking my bounty as a profit instead of a straight percentage people that had their money in cryptsy won't be affected they will simply get their whole coins returned to them.

As soon as Cryptsy finalizes and signs a contract I will be able to basically immediately get the coins back in the rightful owners hands. So if you are eager to get your coins back implore cryptsy to finalize the deal with Cryptcracker as soon as possible.

And the proof that you're not Paul Vernon yourself is ...

Seriously, you take us for fuckin' idiots that Paul Vernon responded to you via Twitter, ticket support, etc., but has ignored ALL attempts by trustworthy individuals? Dude, you're fucked up in the head big time.

He has responded to me on twitter you can see so for yourself: https://twitter.com/cryptsy/status/706386117822513152?lang=en

Don't get mad at me I'm just the bounty hunter mate, I want the coins returned to the rightful owners more then anyone. And they will be as soon as my contract is finalized.

Your contract was finalized a long time ago. What's the holdup? Or, is the keyword there "holdup".
