It wont matter. You cant get blood from a rock. With any luck, they will force the sale of all the property he bought.

Well with any real luck they will hunt down the entire team and throw them in jail.

I haven't been hostile towards you so I don't understand why you've been flaming me constantly.

Coupled with 'dainty' 'contracts':

coupled further therein with type writer print:
in both the cease and desist and this cute contract....

Haggis and Faggot being a bundle of sticks of course.

so to anyone who has been watching the whole Eternal Insolent and Cryptcracker show in the other thread, they are the same person.

This was posted for about two min and then deleted:

Eternal Insolent posted saying that he was making another dispatch news post today and they and paul had talked to Eternal Insolent and that a resolution was near.

However they logged in as Eternal Insolent by mistake when it was posted. It was deleted right after, but there it is... clear as you need.

Hahahha. Good catch. What a troll Cryptocracker.

Soon, CrackHead, Jim Slockney, or perhaps even Paul Vernon himself will be coming to the boards to adamantly deny that they're Eternal Insolent.

We still need to assume that Paul Vernon stole the money and we need the authorities to track him down.  Others in the company were probably involved as well.  Are any authorities going after them?  Even if they didn't steal the money originally, they stole from other customers to pay out withdrawals.  Either way, they committed crimes.

Too bad we can't upvote posts!

What about stolen altcoins? They sold it and took 4685 BTC.

Do you want to tell you why "hacker" did not sell BTC yet?

- Because it was someone who is amateur, who did not belong to notorious hacker teams deeply connected with BTC mixers like Bitcoin Fog,so he did not trust theirs mixing services.

- Stolen altcoins went from "hacker" wallets directy to exchanges and it was process which took 1 year. For that time nobody from Cryptsy did nothing to stop it.Absolutely nothing.

- Altcoins selling were finished during July 2015.After it, exactly on 1 year(on 28.July.2015) from theft, P. Vernon started company in China and Bitebi9 exchange - "happy anniversary or what"

- 7 months after theft, P.Vernon buying new big house for $1,3 millions cash money and two big SUV for $120.000 total - in divorce paper wife said he has gross income ~$100.000 per year,so how is that possible?

- why nobody from Cryptsy did not say anything about how coins which were not affected by theft, dissappeared from wallets? - just puff and gone with the wind(possibly tornado) - nothing dissapeared without trace,so these coins are stolen too - some of them are sold to cover expenses, some put in the pockets,

- and not just unaffected altcoins, cash also dissappeared from Cryptsy and Cryptsy Canada - how is that possible? - only by another theft from inside

- Bitebi9, divorce, deliberately complicated verification process, withdraw stopping - all coincidentally at the same time??

- only what I believe is that Cryptsy collapsed little prematured, because BTCs cashing process and Bitebi9 establishing needed few months more.

On the topic of Cryptsy and other exchanges/markets

Shaun Bridges along with other corrupt government agents enlisted the help of hackers to get
into Bitcoin exchanges and dark web marketplaces.

The reason some large bitcoin wallets involved in these thefts have been left untouched for so
long is because their owners are either on the run, incarcerated or a combination of the two
since some of these wallets are using sorts of multi sig. While one owner is incarcerated the
other can not access it.

This does not just affect Cryptsy exchange but also larger instances such as Mt Gox.

There will be further developments shortly.

Sounds like you're high on some of that crypto-crack.

A multisignature address begins with a number different than 1, right?. Being that number the number of signatures necessary to transfer funds from it.

So what happens if the Coins are recovered? There's Lawsuits seeking Millions in Compensation.
Would a Judge award that, forgetting about all us Bagholders?

Cryptsy should get the coins back and then give them the coins that you are owed, negating the need for the lawsuit.

That of course is assuming we are on the same planet where this random guy is able to get and then would give them back for some other reason. Since none of that is taking place on this planet, I don't think you have anything to worry about.
