What you are failing to recognize is Garza didn't give Cryptsy a prime controller. We didn't do anything that the paycoin haters folks accuse us of... And the SEC is welcome to investigate. Who know if they already were I couldn't tell you.... Maybe we contacted them.... My point is this is just old arguments.

What company here in the US allows a mere employee to pen that the SEC is welcome to investigate its endeavor?

owsleybeatsbigcartel was quoting BitJohn in Purple. Here's one source depicting the original quote:

http://time-updates.blogspot.com/2013/08/talkwalker-alerts-alert-for-usa-news.html

owsleybeatsbigcarte copy & paste the quote but didn't grab the 'I' in 'If'.

owsleybeatsbigcartel's here is in reference to BitJohn's here of whom he's quoting, albeit not employing standard quoting procedures.

In context, owsleybeatsbigcartel is expressing to BitJohn that he clicked the referral link (here) and was directed to a site where the first thing that popped up was dwolla, further commenting, "i thought they got kracked?" owsleybeatsbigcartel ends the post with "wtf fool?" perhaps expanding on his comment "i thought they got kracked?"

I did the research and 100% know who owsleybeatsbigcartel is, and he's not BitJohn, otherwise, again, I would be yelling from atop the tallest pile of available.

owsleybeatsbigcartel = racineraiders = John Hammes

It's just a coincidence that John Hammes' name resembles the pseudonym BitJohn of whom we've yet to identify.

WTF is this? http://investorshub.advfn.com/$THE-CRYPTOCURRENCY-FORUM-26758/

Created less than 3 weeks after Cryptsy went live on May 20, 2103.

Funny how I just contrived peewee in tripping BitJohn as caption for a pic a few posts up, not conscience of a peewee being here, albeit I know I've seen this page before, revisiting it again.

There's possibly still a connection between John Hammes-cum-Robert Doer (Big Baller) being BitJohn, considering now an ARCHcoin connection and both being sleuthish in nature. I need to see some definitive pics of Hammes/Doer to either confirm or deny he and BitJohn are one and the same. This is so weird!

The divorce and bankruptcy lawyers are going to claw back every satoshi of Bitcoin and shitoshi of Crapcoin they can track down.

I can't even begin to imagine how you think that could be accomplished.  I had a withdrawal, actually a few between June or July and Octoberish. But all crypt-sty has on me is an email address and a name.  Is someone going to email me and ask me to return some alt coins?  I seriously doubt it.  And if they do, I won't be sending anything.

Your email and name are more than enough for Gleb to track you down, especially when the empty-bagholding Craptsy victims are helping him.

And anyone with substantial withdrawals has been verified.

Don't underestimate the aggression hungry bankruptcy and divorce lawyers are capable of.

They are not above using barratry (extortion by attorney, under color of law) to recover lost funds.  Ask cypherdoc about that...

And an exhaled air molecule from a decade past that once passed through the lungs of Tullia Ciceronis.

Anyone else getting the "This account is locked due to 6 months of inactivity. Contact [email protected] to unlock." message all the sudden?  I just logged in a couple days ago and now this.

This was the problem that the original post of this thread had. I think you are SOL but everyone else can't get their funds anyways. I think they may also use the Tier 2 info to setup other accounts to launder the money too. But they may have already done this over the past year of Fictional Reserve Banking.

Ha, well in less than 6 months everyones account will be suspended due to no activity.  Not as if they aren't already suspended..

I just logged into the site and did not have a problem.  I still don't see a balance however.  I stopped trading there a long time ago when people started complaining so I don't think I've been active for six months either...so my account should be locked too if that's the true reason.

Chapter 13??!  How the heck will he convince a trustee he can pay back 13 million in 3-5 years??!

He has an incorporation. The business is not connected to his personal life... Well not till he directly committed fraud

Bankruptcy does not always eliminate the possibility of personal liability.

http://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/business-debts-personal-liability-29905.html

"if you failed to maintain a formal legal separation between your business and your personal financial affairs, creditors could try to hold you personally responsible for the business's debts under a theory known as "piercing the corporate veil." This happens when a court finds that your corporation or LLC is really just a sham and that it is you personally operating the business."
