I lost 20% on the exchange rate, but recovered cca. 0.8 out of BTC 1 i still had there. I have withdrawn ETH today, thus I can confirm.

Cryptsy was living as a zombie for the last 2 months, due to alts. Thus they can still offset some of the lost money. GOX had no option but to fold, since they had only BTC.
