well it has happened to me now was trading daily at cryptsy and to be honest was not really that worried about withdraws I just figured they would fix it sometime but just before christmass I went to login and failed

username and password were saved in browser tried a few more times with no luck. I have filled in 4 support tickets and seem to get to the same stage with them they tell me my account is locked and it is simple to

fix they ask security questions I answer them then nothing. I had about 5 btc in my account which I dont think I will ever see again Im gutted
